Like others would give a negative or zero if I could. Ordered a small occasional table for lounge in February 5th
Advised delivery would be delayed as was coming from overseas. It is now June 25 and still no delivery despite the " tracking " stating its out for delivery. With courier from May !! Poor customer service- sent emails which they simply say go to track order link. Have raised a ticket of non-delivery.
This is a scam and the company does not exist. I will never use this company again and have advised will seek legal action if not remedied. Have lodged with SCAM WATCH - Your scam report has been received

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.

I spent almost $2,250 on what OzHomeHub advertised as a warm, rich, luxurious leather sofa. This sofa was on sale at the time and supposedly reduced by 33%. I therefore thought I was purchasing a premium piece at a sale price.

The product delivered was recognisably the same design, but the similarity ended there. The leather looks flat and plastic-like rather than rich and sumptuous. The cushions are hard, with no give whatsoever. The sofa lacks all of the warmth, softness and premium feel that was presented in the marketing pictures and persuaded me to buy it in the first place.

Frankly, it is ugly and uncomfortable.

I lodged a return request the day after delivery. More than two months later, after being shafted between departments and repeatedly told I had received the correct product, I eventually sought assistance from my bank.

After reviewing the advertising material alongside photographs of the sofa delivered, my bank reversed the transaction in my favour.

That outcome says everything that needs to be said.

I will never purchase from OzHomeHub again and would strongly encourage prospective customers to think very carefully before doing so themselves.

My purchase from OZ Home Hub has been a disaster. Categorically the worst customer experience I have ever had. The product arrived months later than promised; there was literally nobody I could talk to when enquiring about why it was delayed; it was damaged when it arrived; There were no assembly instructions; the assembly instructions, when finally provided, were completely impractical and functionally impossible.

i was told that the damage is cosmetic and to send videos to demonstrate that the doors still open and close

the quality is absolute rubbish

At no stage has anybody called me and support tickets take days and days to be responded to.

Never again. They ought to be ashamed of themselves .

Stay away, nothing but a scam. Still waiting months for delivery, can’t even speak to anyone to resolve. Very disappointing. Will be reporting.

I ordered 4 chairs on 14/6/26. They looked amazing on the website. Before I checked general reviews, their fake website reviews were glowing. Delivery was meant to be 28/2/26. 3 out of 4 chairs were delivered 8/3/26 after 8 pm. The drivers were extreme loud, everything looked suspicious to me. I tried to refuse the parcel, the driver reassured me he was on the phone to the company & the fourth chair was on the way. When I opened the boxes the next morning, there was a toxic welding smell & & the chairs were covered in a grey powder, crayon marks. I had to dispose of the packaging due to toxic smell and sent days cleaning stains of the material. The chair did not match the description on the website. Quality was extremely low- very uncomfortable to sit on, thin cushioning. Extremely light & flimsy. The metal legs are hollow & make a ringing sound when moved. I have sent many emails to the merchant explaining the situation. They make you put every enquiry through a ticketing system. They ignore that the discrepancy between what they promise & what they deliver. I requested a refund so many times. They want to deduct 30% off, they want me to pay to have the chairs shipped to WA, & after assessing, they will decide if they will refund.
They operate as an Australian business but seem to have more rights than the people they scam. I have a claim with Fair Trade NSW but they cannot reinforce anything. Having to chase these people plus time & stress while looking after a tiny baby has been extremely stressful. Please do not make the mistake of purchasing here. I am still waiting for $659.80, I may never get it back. They have breached every single consumer law in this transaction & they are operating freely in this country.

Was totally disappointed with ordering in March 2026 didn't receive item till June 2026. Communications where disgraceful ,actually there were NONE couldn't talk to anyone ,all I got was voice recordings INSTRUCTIONS finally sent diagram ,was wrong item. Late June . Not impressed with company . Advertise quick service that's totally untrue . Will NOT recommend this company to anyone

ORDERED A SOFA IN APRIL, STILL WAITING. HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON TWICE BY A WOMAN WITH A CHINESE ACCENT. NO RESPONSE WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS, NO RESPONSE.

Enormous delivery delays and when I cancelled my order they kept $150 of the payment.

Stay away from this scam company. I ordered in Feb upto now no delivery or tracking available. I have emails and communication through their support ticket and I have contacted my bank which is working on getting my money back. Please keep your peace and DO NOT AT ANY POINT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could have gone to a minus star rating, my rating would have been a minus 100. My experience with this company has been extremely poor, to the extent that I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Back in March I ordered two chairs which on line looked good. A month after the official delivery date, only one chair turned up. After inspecting the chair I realized that it was such poor quality and looked disgusting that I informed OzHome Hub not to send the other chair and requested a refund. At no time was I able to converse with a real person but just kept getting "support ticket" numbers asking me what I wanted. After 2 months of getting nowhere I threatened legal action. All I wanted was my refund for the one chair that I cancelled. (The chair that I had received was given to the Salvation Army as I knew there was no way I would be able to return it to this so-called company). Then this morning at 12.19AM yes I was woken up at that time, I received a text saying that my delivery would be arriving today!!!???? I think they probably told the delivery driver to just quietly leave the box on the verandah without informing me they had arrived just in case I told them to take it back!!!!PEOPLE BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I purchased the Scandinavian Sofa Bed and had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The delivery took an unreasonably long time, and there was virtually no communication throughout the process, leaving me completely in the dark about my order status.
When the sofa finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised. The quality is extremely poor, and the design looks cheap—more suited to a children’s rumpus room than a living room. It is completely misrepresented in the marketing.
To make matters worse, I am now unable to return the item. I was in the middle of moving house when it arrived and didn’t open the box immediately, which means I have exceeded the 30-day return policy. However, I had no way of knowing the product was so substandard until I unpacked it. This rigid policy, combined with the misleading advertising, feels completely unfair.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company.

I ordered a Timber dining set with 4 chairs,after just over 2 months waiting for it to arrive and no date given,just messages through their ticket system of communication. Sunday of the long weekend in June we found a large box near our front door,torn,smashed up. When opened it contained 4 chairs to be assembled( thats okay,fairly normal practice) but the chairs were made from very poor quality wood look aluminium which was rusting inside the open bottomed legs,dented from mishandling,scraped areas where the wood look laminate crap was peeled back. I have gone to and fro with messages ever since and in their opinion I received the right product,they are still trying to find the table to the set. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

I am not someone to leave bad reviews but I felt compelled to let others know they should beware of these fraudsters.

I ordered a shoe bench and when it arrived the colour of the wood and upholstery was completely different to the images on their website. I asked for a collection and refund and they are point blank refusing. The difference is extreme and had the product been the same colour in the photos on their website, I would not have ordered it.

Beware at all costs! Not worth it.

Stay away!! This business is using glamorous pictures they stole from other websites and sends you pathetic crude replicas. My balcony chairs filled up with rusty water after just one week on the balcony and when I complained and wanted to return, they said there's nothing wrong with them, you can still sit on them))). Total scam!!!

A scam business avoiding communication with their customers. The product was damaged on arrival, purchased November 2025, in June 2026 still unresolved. I have lodged a complaint with the WA consumer protection.

I ordered a recliner on 24 March 2026 and was aware there would be a delay in getting the goods but following their tracking system to see the goods arrive in Brisbane on 23 May but not move since then is very frustrating. They have either lost the order or it is damaged. You cannot talk to anyone all you get is a ridiculous ticket system and have to wait for 3 days for any response - the standard response is - your goods are actively moving through the system and will be delivered shortly. This is not good enough when I have paid $1000 for goods to not have definitive delivery timeframes and not received a proper response. Are the goods lost or damaged or both? Who knows. I have demanded a refund but they keep rejecting that idea. WARNING do not buy from this company no matter how good the product looks!!!

My experience doesn’t even warrant one star.
Their products (if you receive them) are poorly designed, poor quality, not compliant with Australian safety standards and not even that cheap.
I would get better complaint resolution from my neighbours cat.

I strongly advise against ordering from this company.

On 23/02/2026, I purchased 4 bar stools from OZ Home Hub. The expected delivery date was 09/04/2026. Despite being unable to supply the goods within a reasonable timeframe and inability to provide a definitive delivery date the company refused to provide a refund.

My order was not received until 02/06/2026, and only because I lodged a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

If you are experiencing similar issues with this company, I highly recommend lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. Their assistance was excellent, and without their intervention I doubt this matter would have been resolved. Businesses that fail to meet their obligations should be held accountable for their practices.

6 months waiting for a delivery with no communication. Can't get through to a real human and calling gets diverted to an online ticketing system that doesnt work. I have now reported to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs. Please - buyer beware!
