They take more than they deserve by raising prices and service fee when you buy something.
It's not worth it especially since Sony raised prices.

It's kind of a garbage website like others who just want to take as much money they can from people.

I bought a game from playstation store on oyunone (game's name:read dead play station maroc. Price :204lr) and when i checked my Sony account i don't have found anything even when i looked for my wallet on Sony i don't have found my 204)
I have the confirmation mail that i bought the game

company is scamming company, only once they delivered the amount for me, but second time i ordered 500 TL and they did not even answer on customer chat or whatsapp chat and for like hours i am in 3rd in queue to get my order delivered(i already paid 500 TL but nothing is delivered)

I contacted customer service, but so far I have not received a satisfactory answer

Excellent alternative to buy digital content. Great customer service through whatsapp and instructions. If anything, the instructions could be clearer online. But anyway, it worked like a treat.

I don't understand why you are slandering the company. I have not had any problems with any of the products I purchased. I definitely do not shop from any other site. Thank you for not leaving me a victim.

I would not even give them one star, they don't deserve it. Terrible customer service, if there were a competition on customer service, they would not even come last that is how bad this lot is. Don't waste your money and time with them. They waste your time never reply to messages or queries even on their website it says that the waiting time is 1 minute and the WhatsApp is even worse they just stop communicating with you in a middle of a conversation, how terrible can one be, absolutely rubbish. Do not use this website and avoid it, it's not worth it.

Worst website ever . Delivery takes so long and they didn’t even deliver my order and the support doesn’t even respond to you even though the said that it is available 24 hours . Please don’t ever buy from this website

I had a problem with my order and wanted to withdraw my money from the balance and I've been trying to contact the support for 5 hours straight and they reply with the same message
"Orders are sent in order, please wait for your order, thank you."

The prices are increasing, customer service aren't helpful I think I'm going to switch to other websites that provide better service and cheaper prices.

i ordered a few items all of my orders were sucessfull.
but , their customer service is awful.
they dont respond to you even if they are online in whatsapp
