Returned online purchase as size was too big. Two months later and after three attempts to chat with customer service still no sign of refund. Online chat/customer service is terrible.
Do not order from this company as it appears that returned items do not get refunded. Do not know how they get away with treating customers so badly.

Terrible service and quality
I received my item and was pleased with it however after 1 wear it is pulling and the quality is terrible. I’ve tried to contact the chat numerous times- someone named Andrea from the help desk started the conversation and then never replied to me. I’ve also sent my issue via email along with pictures and I have tried to use the chat again but again, no help has been given. I’m disappointed with the service and quality and would like this resolved but it doesn’t seem like it will be.
Very poor customer service and zero support
My experience with Oysho was extremely disappointing. Anyone ordering from them should be aware that if something goes wrong with the delivery, you should not expect any real help from their customer service.
My order was paid in full, but after more than three weeks I still had not received the product. At that point, due to non-performance, I had a clear legal right to withdraw from the purchase, especially since the goods had not been delivered. From the moment I stated my intention to cancel, customer service completely disappeared and stopped replying to my emails.
In the end, I only managed to receive the package after almost one month, and only thanks to a personal contact at the courier company. The courier had initially refused delivery because the parcel was poorly and negligently packaged by Oysho and was torn open. Instead of Oysho taking responsibility for their own mistake, I had to contact the courier myself and arrange for the package to be repacked so delivery could take place. Oysho offered no help whatsoever, despite the fact that safe and proper delivery is clearly the seller’s responsibility.
Overall, this was a very unfair and irresponsible experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from ordering from Oysho if they expect basic customer support, accountability, or respect for consumer rights

Don't buy online! The website chat is useless; there's no help available. They've closed the chat on me several times after I contacted an agent. I returned two items together, and they only refunded one. After two weeks, I'm still waiting for my full refund.

Online chat takes you to Spain customer service, who tell you they can't help if it was bought in the UK.

Do not buy from Oysho online. They are fraudulent. They sent a product with security tags attached that cannot be removed. Impossible to contact them as they have no customer service presence. Refund process is designed to ensure you get nothing back. Avoid avoid avoid.
Terrible Customer Service & Quality
I bought a ski jacket in December, after only 2 wears the zip on the right hand side pocket broke. I contacted OYSHO and was advised to return the jacket and I would be sent a replacement. I returned the jacket and within a couple of weeks received an email to say that my refund had been processed, as I wasn't wanting a refund I contacted OYSHO to query this be told that the item was no longer in stock... not only did no one contact me to let me know this was the case, the jacket was also showing as in stock on the website. The person I spoke to on the chat was also incredibly unhelpful and kept on ignoring me. They finally replied and offered me a 10% discount code so I ordered the jacket again and received all confirmation and order on its way etc emails, only for a week later to receive another email to say that they can't proceed with my order due to lack of stock!
Frustrating to say the least, particularly when the products are not cheap! Would not recommend.

Do not buy from the online store. I returned an item without ever picking it up from the store. My return has been stuck in “requested” for a week and never got to “in progress”. The useless WhatsApp customer service did nothing and kept telling me to go check on their worthless website that has absolutely no information.

The clothes look very beautiful on the website, but unfortunately the quality is very poor.
I bought five items, and three of them came apart the first time I wore them — the threads loosened and the fabric started to unravel.
However, for me, the worst part is not even the quality itself, but the way customers are treated in-store when this happens. They simply say there is nothing they can do and offer no solution at all.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a brand of this level.
Good products, frustrating and unresponsive service
I really like Oysho products and the quality has always been good, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
I placed two separate orders, both invoices showed my correct address, yet delivery was attempted to an incorrect address on both occasions. Royal Mail confirmed that both parcels were undeliverable and were returned to Oysho.
Despite this, payment was taken for both orders and I received no response to multiple emails chasing the issue. Only after persistent follow-up was a refund finally processed.
The issue was resolved in the end, but the lack of communication and very slow customer service made it far more stressful than it needed to be. Great products, but customer service really needs improvement.
Their support is hilarious
I placed an online order on 25.12.2025. Delivery was estimated 2–5 January 2026, but I still have neither the order nor my money (DPD shows “preparing for shipment” since 26.12).
Customer service refuses to cancel the order. Their support is hilarious, and I will never trust Oysho again.

Do not buy directly from Oysho online. The items they sell seem to be decent but the customer service and general service is awful. I’ve been waiting 14 days for a delivery, and when I have actually been able to get through to a real person via chat, I get 1 unhelpful response and then I’m ignored. I’ve also been lied to about the status of my order. If you want Oysho items, I suggest ordering from ASOS where the service is much better but I will not be buying here again.
Ski wear review
Back in December I bought a whole new ski outfit for my 2026 trip. The instagram adds incited me I with what looked like fashionable but technical ski wear. After having a look on the website and finding it so easy to use I bought the Primaloft® SKI water-resistant super-slim fit jacket for
£179.00, the Water-resistant full length flare stretch SKI trousers for
£119.00, the Faux-fur lace-up split-leather boots for £69.99 and one of the mountain print under-layers.
I LOVE them all. After 1 week of skiing everyday for 6 hours a day in a huge mix of conditions from 2degrees snow blizzards to -14 degrees windy icy conditions everything was perfect and I would 100% purchase it all again.
The snow boots were just what I needed for apres and were great in both the deep snow and ice and I found them so comfortable and I usually get blisters with any boot.
I also found the packaging very chic which is always a nice touch.
5 stars I will definitely be purchasing from this brand again.
Ordered items that never delivered
Ordered items that never delivered. Unable to speak to someone on customer service chat despite several attempts nobody responds to you!! I tried contacting through Instagram message and email and nobody replied. This is Inditex group that owns Zara I’m amazed they have gotten away with such terrible service and process.
