Oxygen Nutrition is the only place for my health and fitness needs
Having now purchased three or four times from the Oxygen Nutrition team, I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations every time with their outstanding customer service and broad range of products available, including the speed of delivery from the time I place the order, the careful packing of each shipment and the fact that all of the products I have ordered thus far have had a long use-by date, often well into 2027. I will not look to purchase my supplements anywhere else.

I've been a loyal customer for over two years, but after my latest experience, I’m done. I received an unsealed box with 5 bars missing—an unacceptable mistake for any business, let alone one that claims to be professional.
Instead of owning up and resolving the issue quickly, their response was to push the blame on me and ask for batch numbers—information they should already have from their own fulfillment records. Expecting customers to do their job for them is ridiculous.
If this is how they treat regular customers, imagine what first-timers go through. I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be making sure others know exactly how they operate.
Avoid at all costs. You’ve been warned

Cannot get in contact - email, website, phone no one to account. Have ordered before but they have sent me the wrong order and cannot be contacted. Cannot sign into the website as nothing works.

My order hasn’t been delivered.
My order of creatine faction labs 500g was ordered 3 days ago, it was said to be delivered yesterday but as i checked nothing was their, it said on the tracking website aramax that my order has been delivered but it hasn’t came to my house.

Replacement pillar !
I received my parcel from oxygen nutrition on Friday and one of supplements was smashed so I emailed to oxygen nutrition and received a reply back on next Monday with a replacement. The company responded really quickly and acted fast, I am very happy and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Poor customer service and product quiality
I have recently put an order for a few boxes of protein bars.
Firstly, it took 11 days to deliver it, instead of 1-2 days advised on website.
Secondly I tried to cancel items while order was waiting to be shipped, it was not possible and customer service advised they wont do it, despite the order was not shipped for another 3 days after my email.
And finally when arrived all the bars seem to be melted and stick to their cover. Product seems to be damaged and dangerous to consume.

Jaiyden was excellent!
Jaiyden was excellent! Australia Post had accidentally left my package at a neighbouring business but before I found that out, I had emailed customer support and the response was efficient.
Jaiyden’s interaction was probably the first I’ve dealt with where I felt like a normal person and not just a customer they have to deal with. Genuinely interested in the outcome of how I got my parcel the next day (Australia Post were very quick to fix that error also and the postie who usually does this run was also apologetic).
Very patient with the constant email updates I sent also haha.
