This is byfar the worst online banking I've ever delt with. They are scammers! I had some money direct deposited from my job to the card, using it as a savings card because I knew I wasn't using it. I received a notice that they were closing so I asked my job to stop the deposits. The order wasn't put in immediately so it continued. The last deposit was finally rejected by oxygen and sent back to my payroll, whom immediately sent it to me. I contacted oxygen for a refund of the money that was sent to them. They agreed however the amount they claimed they mailed was only half of what my job sent them. (1) pissed...(2) oxygen claimed they mailed me a refund check and claimed it was cashed...sent me a copy of a fake check with a fake signature and No cashing bank info...my blood was boiling...believe it or not I remained calm as I spoke with the representative whom proceeded to laugh at me while reiterating the check was cashed and I'm not getting my money back! I contacted the local authorities whom investigated and said the same thing I've been saying. "They're lying, there's no I'd info nor is there any bank information for the "bank" that cashed said check. I've been trying to get in contact with oxygen and there's no legit number to reach them at due to the closure. I've emailed and I'm getting the run around about MY money and they even had the nerve to tell me to pay for a notary to file for an investigation on their end for a fraudulent check cashed..hell no I will not! My next step is to sue whomever I must n I mosdef hope they're really not trying to focus on the medical field because that would be horrible for their patients. These online banks give our personal information to these foreign companies and wonder why fraud is as high as it it. Smh do better and give me my money back!

This company was involved in a scam!!
My partner was ambushed and conned into signing for a business loan and using his home against the loan. They gave him no time to do any homework and pressured him into signing. The business was a fake. There was no business. The man who conned my partner took off with the loan money, and defaulted the loan and within hours, my partner had legal proceedings made against him to pay up hundreds of thousands of dollars or else they'd take his home.
This lender put a caveat on the property title. My partner paid the money to the lender. And 7 years later, the lender still hasn't removed the caveat from the property title. They have avoided talking to us and have not done anything to remove the caveat. We will now be taking this to the supreme court!
Don't bank or borrow from this company. They are all corrupt!

I want my money out of your account oxygen I am locked out of the app can't get any of my money I just got my income tax deposited in that account and can't get my money what the heck is going on

I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ve had oxygen for years now all of a sudden they are closing accounts with no information they won’t answer the phones so I can get my money off before they close.

We paid for a one time subscription to a service that these lot bought! They now want us to pay every year! The Bidstat system uses freely available information

I have a secondary account with oxygen I haven't been able to log in for months they claim it's because my bootloader is unlocked on my phone but honestly it's non of there business as they do not pay my phone bill.i hope this bank fails and would love to check to see if I have money in there.count me as a excustomer especially being my other bank accounts do not care about how I operate my device

When we first got the oxygen card the cash back rewards were MUCH BETTER! You have limited AND changed the retailers we can shop with, the frequency we can shop and when we can retrieve our cash back rewards

I have been an Oxygen Banking member for a year. Everything was fine until I was a victim of theft and subsequent fraud. My phone was stolen and all my accounts that were tied to my phone were ruined. I provided a police report and oxygen said “no error found” and denied the claim. I refuse to be on the hook for $450 I never spent. Avoid oxygen at all costs. On advice of others I’ll be submitting to the BBB and FTC. Visa guarantees its customers 0% liability for unauthorized charges.

They re opened the dispute and it’s looking like this will be a 6 week process. I’ve reached out to my states attorney general and filed a grievance with their office.

Cashback incentives were the biggest reason I loved this bank. The
latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be
earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your
account. They've also reduced the amount of money earned per
purchase. Unfortunately after a few years with Oxygen it may be time
to move on.

On the rare occasions I've had to reach out to customer service they are quick to resolve my concerns.

I don't like the new Cash back rewards policy

It was too hard to activate rewards. I hated having to go to my phone, find the gas app, and hit 2 buttons to get my reward.

I dislike how I have been a customer of yours for years and years and have used your service for my direct deposits and numerous other things yet you want to charge people $300 for the top tier fire card. Honestly it's a slap in the face because you don't offer any more benefits that are worth the $300 price tag you're asking I just simply want the card I think the card is cool and I want it but I'm not paying you $300 for it, not paying your extortion fee for your card I will continue to think it's cool and I will continue to want it but I'm not paying you $300 for it and that is honestly so greedy of you to ask anyone to do for the minimal extra benefits you offer honestly haven't even received any rewards from you guys and forever so fairly use your service anymore sure you've noticed that.

Amazing that about sums up this banking institution. From the travel benefits you rarely see on anything but high unachievable credit cards to the ease of use of their app usually found only on the most modern of banks it all is there and works perfectly add in the burnable cards for online shopping and it just makes them the perfect choice for a banking partner. And it looks like they will be adding more benefits in the future so I will definitely be sticking with them for the long run.

I love my oxygen card i get 4 percent cash back on a lot of purchases and customer service is always fast and curious!

Very grateful for Oxygen and its incredible customer service, coupled with a wealth of features, and the occasional unexpected customer appreciations gifts that truly make me feel like a VIP. I’ve been a proud cardholder for years, and plan to remain a member for years to come.
