Absolutely disgusted in the state of my…

Absolutely disgusted in the state of my plant arrived in branches all snapped.
Took pictures emailed them across to them and there response was it's only a few leaves that's bound to happen in transit,so they haven't even bothered to look at the pictures i sent of the branches completely snapped.
Avoid buying from this company.

Great service.

I ordered 2 plant pots from this company and they arrived within 24 hours!!! Very well packaged and exactly as seen on website. You can't get better service than that!

Very good -Thank you for the plant!

Reading the worst reviews I as a bit hesitant, but ordered 09:20am Friday and received the plant 10am the next day, even though I was expecting 5 day delivery, plant was packaged perfectly, and the plant was really really healthy and looks great in the house, would definitely order again and would recommend Oxy-Plants as well. Birds of Paradise and it was the measurement that was indicated. Would upload a photo of the plant but don't know how.

Terrible experience

Ordered a fig tree from them which died within a week. When I took it out of the pot the roots were absolutely soaked so I can only presume they had chronically overwatered it before sending it out. They have refused to refund or replace it, and have consistently failed to respond to my messages. Really shocked at just how bad an experience this has been.

Total waste of time!

Total waste of time, poor customer service and lack of communication. Don’t bother with this company!
I ordered a plant pot in April from their website, after a week of ordering I hadn’t received my order so I sent an email. I was told it was out of stock and will take 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks passed and no order or communication from them, so I chased again, still not in stock.
I started to look elsewhere and found that they sell on eBay and according to their eBay page it is in stock.
I questioned them about it and asked for them to expedite my order as it’s becoming a joke, they refunded me and said sorry they couldn’t help me on this occasion. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤯

I ordered a plant on 29th June still…

I ordered a plant on 29th June still waiting to receive it on 15th July I have asked for a refund as it is clearly lost and this has been refused I would not do business with this company as you clearly do not get what you have paid for.

Poor plants

All three plants arrived with a varying degree of damage: a large stalk on a ZZ plant was broken, some of the leaves were damaged, and there’s a stump where someone went and hacked off another, more mature stalk, at some point. The snake plants have cuts across the leaves, and some yellowing along the edges. Btw, I was able to leave photos on Google. Marika from Customer Service offered 20% refund, but maintained that everything was “normal". I felt bad for the plants, so decided to keep them. I’d never buy from these guys again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Purchased a watering can through their website, paid extra for express delivery. It should have arrived 1st July. I hadn't received it by the 4th, so phoned them. I was put on hold and then told I should've been contacted to say that it was out of stock!! I was offered a similar product for delivery the next day and gave different address as I was going elsewhere for the birthday that it was required for. I got a call on the 5th from the driver to check my address - he was in Bolton, I was in St Albans... My postcode had been written as BL4 rather than AL4, and the explanation I got when I called the company again (spoke to Marika who had been dealing with this via email and phonecalls) was that she accidentally wrote BL4 instead of AL4 as that was HER postcode!! Barely an apology. I asked for full refund as I was fed up by this point and she said that because she was new there she'd have to check with manager if I could have the refund. 🤦 Refund finally confirmed on the 8th (yesterday) and now I am just waiting for my money to go back in my bank.

Won't be using this company again, whole experience was a farce that they didn't even seem that bothered or apologetic about.

SHOCKING

ordered on thursday with express delivery on monday for a store opening - hey guess what still not received and yodel have informed me this evening it has not even left oxy plants yet -
not happy - cannot answer a phone apparently nor an email. now i have to give my customer full refund and i have the aggravation of trying to get refund

Avoid this company

I purchased a house plant from this company with a height between 90cm - 110cm. The plant arrived damaged in a damaged box and measure 85cm in height. I reported this to the company with photographs and they offered me a 20% refund which I refused. Upon asking for a refund they said the plant should be returned in its original packing and in a saleable condition.
After pointing out how ridiculous this was they sent me a replacement which was even smaller than the first one.
I will not be using this company again.

I will like to share my bad experience…

I will like to share my bad experience with this site , is better to bay from the shop in the picture they look nice but when you receive it the plants look horrible and broken .
Fist time I order came in 2 deliveries all was OK.
Second time I order and start the problem missing items and products very disappointed staff unprofessional telling that they sens all in a smaller box then the plants didn't have the sign with this side up , missing items and wait I recive sick plants and broken .
I was trying to speak with them to fix the problem via email and phone but unfortunately I am still waiting for un update with my refund and take all back .

Very disappointing experience and service

Very disappointing experience purchasing from this company. They delivered my plants 2 weeks late even though I had to pay extra for delivery, then the plant they delivered was in poor condition and 20cm below what was advertised on their site. I complained about this and got generic responses. Eventually I was able to return it to them for a refund but even that was not a simple process. Definitely would not recommend them and will not be buying from them again

Worst company I've ever come across

Worst company I've ever come across. I sadly echo all of the other reviews about emails and phone calls being ignored as soon as an issue was raised (delivery late; plant arrived damaged; items in order missing; plants not meeting online expectations). Refused to accept a return unless I paid to return them, even though the fault was theirs. Really really disappointed. Do not buy from Oxy Plants. Not only will I never buy from them again but I will make sure noone I know does either. Appalling.

Avoid this company!
We ordered 2 large plants and 2 small, with pots. The large plants were OK, but the small plants were nowhere near the stated heights, and in smaller pots than stated. When I initially raised this with them, I was told they measure their plants from the bottom of the pot rather than the soil level, which is disingenuous as it's not stated on their website and nurseries as standard measure from the soil. They have since chosen to ignore my follow up emails - disappointing especially when their website as the tagline 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' !

Didn’t receive my order

Didn’t receive a confirmation email, so can’t track my order. I do have a screenshot of the completed order on the website. Money has been taken from my account, the order hasn’t been received, no answer on the phone or response to emails. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and will peruse this through my bank if I don’t receive my order soon.

Ignored, no refund, dead plant - GOT A NEW BEAUTIFUL PLANT! (problem solved)

I received the plant over the weekend in a damaged box with a dirt-covered pot. The leaves are bent, with holes, dry tips, dry leaves, and some are half-dead. The plant appears diseased with yellow and brown dots all over some leaves. See attached pictures.
Overall, extremely dissatisfied with the condition upon arrival and the the plant is dying right now. I have sent an email to John @oxy-plants, sadly have been ignored, it has been 11 days no reply.
UPDATED!!! - They have offered me a new plant,it is a fair deal!

Ripped off.

Ordered a Kentia palm (150 cm).

Came about 50% as full as the pictures shown on their website. Two branches with leaves snapped off and missing so there are just random stalks within the plant.

Contacted them and they expected me to return it myself. Clearly not worth the effort to return an item of this size by courier. So I sm now stuck with the plant.

I should have paid the extra £20 at patch plants.

They do not offer returns, and their products are not as shown on their website, beware!

A mixed bag but ended well

I ordered 2 large ZZ plants at a cost of £80. They looked healthy enough when they arrived, the soil was very wet (one of the pots was so squished into the box that it had split).
After a week or I so I noticed that some of the stems had collapsed and turned yellow. I took the plants out of the pot and then discovered that all the root balls were rotten. The plants had been so overwatered and not at all cared for.
I emailed Oxy and am still waiting for a response over a week later. Having read the reviews here I doubt I’ll get a response. I’ll stick to reputable businesses like Crocus in the future.

UPDATE: shortly after writing this review I was contacted by Oxy who apologised and swiftly sent me about a replacement plant. I have changed my rating accordingly
