This is not called for 4thOctober I reached out and you said I was already getting up of the queue to be attended to, I don't know when I got back to being 57th on the queue again, Okay how long will I have to wait you said a month and I never argued or panicked but you've also restricted my wife's acct too. Now I look like I tricked her into joining.
September 11th, I requested for a 25k$ withdrawal in which you did not approve, only for me to get a mail from you saying I have been restricted for a suspected login from my end, And I have been using the same device to login so what do you mean by a suspected login? it is so absurd. I spoke to you on helping me at least like a form of appeal or so to get it unrestricted and you requested I upload various documents, which I did and you confirmed it but refused to lift the restrictions.
I had already forgotten and left my fate to God until this year which I later discovered you were on the list of platforms to watch out for that FINMA released then i started surfing and looking for more info's I could get, I knew while FINMA was at work digging out complains and evidences to be tendered pRoveNiX within the board of FINMA capable organizations(investigative branch) also was getting orders, acct restricted , withdrawal pending accts and getting everything back to the acct wielders.

The complaints on trutspilot about this particular organization is still at it lowest I give it few months fromnow because I can tell many are yet to discover what's wrong and you can't know until you try to pull out what you have left, Maybe they feel you are leaving so they don't want you to have a balance of 0.
