Your telephone tech helped me stop…
Bad and incomplete advice was given by your telephone tech. He said, "Do you want to stop trading now?" I said yes. What he did NOT tell me is that automated trading must be stopped on the weekend, when trading does not occur in order to not lose money. I lost a third of my account, $39K because I was not told this by your OX phone tech. I'm not happy.
