Very very helpful costumer service and amazing (lady) sweater!

The Swedish mailcompany ("City mail") lost my package and refused to help me, but Oxknit costumer service was very helpful and responded quickly to me (email) with tracking numbers and contact details to City mail to try to sort it out. When noone on City Mail could find my package and refused to compensate me Oxknit did resend my order for free and I received it quickly.

The sweaters I got is beautiful and feels like good quality. I will order more, my only concern for future orders is their choice of Swedish mail distribution. I would prefer a more serious company like DHL, Schenker or even PostNord.

Stolen Designs. Many of their polos are cheap copies of polos from Madcap England. Cheap ripoffs! Those are not their designs.

Oxknit’s clothes are high quality, well made, stylish, affordable and unique. Just as awesome as their clothing is the best customer service that I have ever received from an online company. I like Oxknit clothing so much that in six weeks time I have purchased 25 polos, tshirts and cardigans and tonight I will be placing an order for six additional polos. I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases. I did receive a shirt that had a small flaw/tear in the collar. I sent email to support oxknit.com along l with pictures of the damaged shirt and within 48 a replacement shirt had been shipped. Before I submitted my first order I Googled “Oxknit” because I had never heard of the company. I saw some false and incorrect information on some sites. Oxknit is a legitimate company with incredible clothing and outstanding customer service. I have placed seven orders with Oxknit and I could not be more satisfied.

Do not buy from this firm. My delivery was lost and Oxknit refuse to accept responsibility in the form of a replacement or refund. Exceptionally poor after-sales service amounting to a clear dereliction of duty to their customer. Avoid!

Great quality. I immediately bought more items. Co-worker liked my shirt so much, she bought 7 (!) items.

Concrete info about delievering, tracking of the package etc. Beautifull and solid material in the clothes. Im very happy for shopping from Oxknit. Thank you, Stay groovy! ;)

A bit slow delivery. Soft and beautiful material for the shirts, but they are made to fit a chubby person with a small chest. They don't fit me very well

My experience was very positive - very quick international shipping, product was exactly as described, and is super cute. I would definitely purchase again!

It's a scam. The product they sent was not what was on the website. They were supposed to be fitted and small. I got bulky and large. The quality was terrible. To return it you have to send it to China and you don't find that out until you try to return it. The shipping costs more than the item so no one returns it and they keep deceiving the customers. I wish I could upload the images I have. They would speak for themselves.

I just received my lightning bolt ⚡️ sweater and it is beautiful. Great quality and great fit. I can’t wait to wear it! I will no doubt be buying more sweaters from OXKNIT in the future. Thank you so much! ❤️

I love this shirt. The fit, fabric and style all exceeded my expectations.

I never received my items. I don't know why the response team hasn't offered me a refund or a replacement of my shirts, but I feel scammed.

The sizing did not match web description. It would cost me $80 to send back for refund. Not worth it. I just ate $200

I love this sweater. Fits perfectly, and is light enough to wear to work. It’s good quality. I like everything about it. Shipped really quickly.

Yes, it needs 4 to 6 weeks ( in my case: 2 weeks to shipment, 4 days within China, and all the rest within Europe, which is a pitty) - but, the products are good and it is a really fair quality for the money. I am not dissapointed.

These guys are a scam. It's so sad. They don't send an invoice. I still haven't received any clothes. $70 down the toilet. Definitely reporting these guys.

the order arrived and matched the description. colours were good--quality is good. Happy with the result. The online service was prompt and really good--will order from these guys again.

Delivery took pretty long to the Netherlands. Quality of the product is ok, but i rhink within 6 months summer period the fabrik is worn-out. It fits nicely, the retro look is great!
