Weeks later we found a super customer service rep
As having been a customer for nearly a year, it took 1 email and 3 phone calls to get some equipment picked up and fees adjusted. The third call finally got immediate and successful results for which we were very appreciative.

You may have confused our company with another as our records indicate that you have been a customer only since your purchase of an Inogen One G5 concentrator in May 2020 and we don't show that any equipment needed to pickup up or any fees adjusted. Perhaps you are referring to the company that provided your oxygen prior to your purchase of the Inogen?

Charging the battery's
Would you please tell me the procedure for charging the batteries? What button do I push on top? It gets plugged into the wall before the procedure correct?
Do I need to flip them around in the machine to charge each one or will it charge them both together.
I recently took a trip and both of them were dead in about an hour.

To charge the batteries:
• Install one or two batteries as shown in the battery compartment. (There is not need to flip the batteries around. It will charge both at the same time.
• Connect the AC/DC power supply by plugging the
round connector into the receptacle on the side of
the concentrator.
• Plug the other end of the AC/DC power supply into a
power outlet.
• The display shows "Charging ##%"
Pressing a button on top is not required to charge the batteries. They will charge automatically when the unit is plugged into an electrical outlet.

I have never dealt wit a more honest…
I have never dealt wit a more honest company. I got a great price on a oxygenator and it was delivered just as promised. I cannot remember the man's name who I dealt with but he was not a salesperson but I think a scientist. Stopped what he was doing to listen to my story and then recommend to me exactly the product I not only needed but could afford. Great service great company and a great guy. Note: I.have no interest in this company. But with my review I hopefully can thank them for helping to make my daughter's life better. Ron Blaha. Richmond, VA
