The sale was good with lots of available sizes. However, with the first order I had to email to ask about my order and it wasnt dispatched until after that. Then I had to send 2 pairs mens shorts and 2 pairs trousers back for larger size and had to pay $18 to post back. There was no exchange process; completely separate return/refund and re-buy correct size.

I got a refund for one of the product for no reason. It would be nice to know what happened and if there is an alternative can be offered. I guess the size I ordered was out of stock, but it still shows in stock online after the refund. So why was it refunded? Or do you care about the accuracy of your stock level online?

Very helpful staff - provided a great tip to try on the size down from my usual!

The attentiveness and service by the young lady at Adelaide Airport was exemplary, which is refreshing these days. The service at Melbourne Little Collins was reasonable without being remarkable. Two different experiences.

I had a great experience with Lilian, she was very supportive and helpful. I had never ever seen anyone like her before. She answers all the emails with amazing explanations immediately. Thank you so much Lilian for your amazing support.

I was happily greeted by Nikoletta as soon as I entered the store and she complimented on how good I looked, I was dressed head to toe in Oxford of course so she recognised her product on me. I stated I popped in to check out the new collection and she then went about very proudly showing me all the new range. As a result I invested another $300 in clothes and a new season pair of shoes :) - Nikoletta was just so happy and helpful and happily ordered a size in for me as she had no stock. Heading back into store next Wednesday to pick up my last item. Thanks Nikoletta for a wonderful experience in store.

It was awesome, and I was able to buy the item less expensive compared to the price of your other retailer store online. My item is still in transit and I am excited to have it soon.

Love my new blazer but the size I needed wasn't on the rack, lucky there was one out the back but the price was higher than the sizes marked down on the rack? Confused...

Parcel stolen by delivery driver
Literally drove in front pf my house, didn’t stop, drove off and now it says parcel delivered. Nothing more can be done and I have spent hours on the phone today.

The young woman who served me was incredibly helpful, especially around a price mismatch with the Oxford website. Clothing is decent quality for the price. I will be back

Chris, the store manager at the Little Collins Street store in Melbourne made shopping such a wonderful experience for us! He was friendly, fun, and so professional in his knowledge of suits. He helped my partner and I pick out the right suits to fit his body type and offered us a great deal. They neglected to send me my package for 13 days. It wasn't until I reached out to them to inquire about the delay that they realized their oversight, and one of the items I had ordered turned out to be out of stock by that time.

Had issues with an order. Matilda at Oxford customer service partly sorted it out, and promised to credit me for the return postage plus $20 goodwill. However despite repeated follow up emails they've ghosted out on their promise.

The shop assistant at DFO Moorabbin was incredibly warm and engaging, with excellent knowledge and advice.

Extremely helpful customer service, very friendly and made the process easy.
