My experience with Oxydale’s products has been very hit and miss overall. I’ve had to return several items due to poor quality, which has been frustrating. The worst purchase was a hotel linen quilt cover that turned out to be made from very cheap polyester and felt nothing like what was expected. I also ordered a cashmere jumper which was very poor quality and disappointing on arrival, especially as the label stated it was made in China, which raised concerns about authenticity. I also bought a trench coat that was in the sale for close to €100, which makes the quality even more disappointing. The material is extremely poor — it attracts and clings to fibres from everything, even when browsing in-store, leaving it covered in lint and bobbles. It looks worn almost immediately and stains easily, which makes it very impractical to wear. On top of that, I ordered a Christmas tree that I wasn’t informed would not arrive on time, and I had to go through a whole rigmarole just to cancel the order. While some of their products are okay, I now feel I have to really sift through carefully before buying, and overall the prices are far too high for the level of quality.

I ordered a microwave that was pictured as delivered to my gate my usual delivery driver was off that day he normally delivers to my door , oxendales gave me a refund and as the one I wanted to reorder was out of stock they offered a 20% discount olus delivery charge removed wonderful customer service 5*all they way thank you , nice to see real customer service at work many companies could take a leaf out of their book

I bought a really beautiful chair on the website and was more than pleasantly surprised when the delivery price remained at E4.99. Superb service for a large item. Unfortunately the chair arrived missing a small part... but the team at Oxendales quickly responded and solved the issue. The one piece of advice I would give is to order with the safety net that it might need a return, the return process is straightforward but for large items, you need a hand to organise the return collection. On Oxendales part, they were more than helpful online and very agile in solving the concern. The chair itself is absolutely beautiful and was an exceptionally good price with the 30% off code on offer that month.

An error on my end was swiftly resolved, I had a typo in my email so had not received order confirmation, Emily, Jessica and Aoibhe confirmed my details updated my email to correct address and confirmed my order had been shipped. Excellent customer service resolving my issue promptly, 10/10!
