SCAM!!! Not a Reliable Experience for Paid Users.

After purchasing the Oxaam 3-month plan AI Pack, everything seemed fine at first. But very quickly I realized the service was barely usable.

Most of the time the give AI service credentials simply does not work, and whenever you need support, you have to contact them through Telegram for every time when you going to login AI service for OTP. The biggest problem is that they almost never reply on time. Sometimes they respond only after many hours or even when you already gave up waiting.

Their response is always the same:
“Refresh after a few hours — it should be fixed. We’ve informed the technical team, and they said it will take a few hours.”

Unfortunately, this has become a daily issue, not a one-time technical problem. I paid for a 3-month plan but was rarely able to use the service properly. in fact never able to use them. they actually collect fake review from free user who use their free service.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to avoid paying for this service. It feels unreliable and very poorly supported.

In shared accounts, some issues can happen because multiple people use the same account. That’s why we advise all our users to purchase our private plan, as these kinds of issues don’t occur in it.

Oxaam provides incredible free and low…

Oxaam provides incredible free and low cost premium services; the customer service on Telegram is also clean and brilliant with a slight delay at times. So far, I have noticed some issues that Oxaam has in ChatGPT Premium service. Many times some users change the account settings, which affects the experience of other users. None of them take any action on this issue. Overall, Oxaam is an excellent service and I hope they will improve it further.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with us. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I apologize for the delay and poor communication you've faced.
We take refund and activation issues very seriously. To resolve this as quickly as possible, could you please share your registered email address or TradingView username (and order/transaction ID if you have it)?
I'll personally escalate your case right away and make sure someone from our team contacts you within the next few hours with a clear update — whether it's a full refund or immediate activation of your 3-month plan.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We’ll fix this for you.
Thank you for your patience.
