False advertising, site does not show you rates. Just sells your info so you spend hours fighting off the unwanted sales calls, and the house hunters that call immediately.

Own Up was very professional and prompt. I received a phone call quickly from Crystal B, who was kind and explained to me the process. I love that I was connected to only 1 lender, and not bombarded with endless calls, emails and text messages from multiple lenders. I was connected to Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and went through the pre-qualification process promptly. It was so easy.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Just wanted I needed to get some confidence in this process. Olivia has really helped guide me in the direction we needed!

Misleading advertising. They say you give them some information and you’ll get rates for comparison. The reality is, they take your information and lenders begin to pester you about starting a mortgage. I thought I would get a listing of rates and I could choose who I would move forward with…not that they would start hassling me.

So far the process has been very easy and everyone has been helpful and friendly.

So far this has been a great experience. I completed the questionnaire online and just a short time later I received a call from an Own Up representative. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm just over 24 hours into the process and have been connected to a company that's working to get a preapproval letter generated and the Own Up rep continues to follow-up.

Everyone is very helpful, giving you the tools you need.
