On my end, defo a lie, avoid!

Goods never received. Emails and social media contact ignored.

I ordered in Late December 2020, and I’ve never received my order. When I tried to email and message the social media page about my order they were dodging me, ignoring me and being very vague with me. Lots of hassle, they had all the info they needed to help but they just.. didn’t? Ever. Absolutely appalled, lots of people have said it’s a scam, I wish I saw it sooner. DO NOT BUY FROM OWN SAVIOUR.

I ordered September 2020 and in March 2022 I still haven't received my order. I have contacted them multiple times on Instagram, starting from about 3 weeks after the order was placed. They said it was delayed due to COVID, which at first was understandable. Since then I have messaged them a total of 19 times. Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam. Use your money elsewhere.

ordered december 2020. it is now march 2022 and i have not recieved my items. complained by email and instagram many times and recieved automated or no responses. didnt bother trying to get my money back but DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered in June of 2021 two items of clothing. I sent them an email on September 5th 2021 asking for any information/tracking for my goods, where I received an automated email telling me someone would be in contact with me within 72 hours - surprise they didn't. I then messaged them through Instagram on the 25th of September asking the same question. Two days later I received a response asking for my order number which I gave them immediately - no response. Messaged them again on February 4th 2022 asking for a refund - no reply. I am currently on the phone with my bank as I write this to open a dispute which I have all faith in as I have proof I've tried to contact this company.

Ordered an item 4 months ago and it hasn’t arrived. Status shows as “being processed”. Sent multiple emails/direct messages with no response. Don’t bother shopping with this company.

Even after almost a year (ordered Feb 2021, now it is the end of January 2022), it still says on their website that my order is being processed. Every couple of months I have sent them an email checking in on my order and I've never received a response. They didn't reply to my DM's either. I don't see the point in contacting them anymore because it's just tumbleweed. I wouldn't recommend that you order from this company because the chances of you seeing your order are slim to none. Terrible company, customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a shirt in July of 2021 and have yet to receive it I have texted and emailed on many different platforms and have had no response I am beyond mad at this point and just want my shirt or a refund I will keep trying to get an answer from them.

Really really disappointed with Own Saviour. Bought a top which has never arrived. I have emailed and sent dm’s but they have ignored it all. Very poor customer service for an 11 May 21 order to still be outstanding now in January 22.

Ordered from this website. Never received order and never received reply to messages. 100% unreliable and waste of time, money. Will never order from them again and suggest nobody else does either.

I ordered 100$ worth of clothes from there in may which is a lot of money for me. It is now December and it has still not arrived. I gave up hope around 2 months after my order didn't come but I am still angry. I tried emailing them and they never replied so I had to dm them on Instagram. It took them forever to reply but when they finally did they basically said they couldn't do anything. Its not worth the time or money. I saw other reviews that said the same thing and figured it would workout just fine but it didn't. The prices are pretty cheap but there are other stores that are cheaper and more reliable.

I've ordered from Own Saviour 3 times, the first two times in 2020 with no issue. Placed a third order on April 25th, 2021. It is now December 20th and I've received nothing except auto-response emails. I have messaged numerous times on instagram after sending multiple emails, with no reply despite them actively posting on their instagram account and deleting/hiding comments, most likely about unfulfilled orders.

i had an order confirmed 17th July, paid £39.97 for clothes that never arrived, messaged on every social media platform i have multiple times to no reply. Emailed them over 9 times over 6 month period to no reply, just had to submit a complaint to trading standards.

This is the first and worst experience I’ve ever had. All I do is online shop and my standards aren’t high lol. I’m 16 yr old girl who loves clothes lmao. Shopped here and ordered 8 things during August 26. It’s December 2nd and I still haven’t received received majoirty of my things. They haven’t sent a damn thing since September. I only received 2/8 of my things I bought. I’ve been emailing since October and nothing. I noticed on their Instagram they like to delete comments though. They take time to do that but not answer emails? Terrible service for 1. Highly disappointed

Absolutely in love with my order from here. Bought some really quirky tops that I hadn’t seen anywhere else and really love them. Was a bit anxious after I read some reviews but no regrets now. Love.
