I ordered from owl hive almost a month ago and haven’t received any of my order and can’t see if they’ve been shipped I spent a lot of money for my sisters birthday because she loves the sweats they show but it’s past her birthday and nothing has been delivered.

i bought a shirt around april and i tried to cancel it but it wouldnt let me and i still havent gotten it

I ordered before Halloween at the beginning of October, the parcel arrived in November and 2 of 4 items were missing. They didn't refund for it and only repeatedly replied that the parcel arrived although I send pictures . The quality was poor .

I had good experiences by past when I bought some items. But recently, I asked Owlhive to make my refund, after been waiting for months two trousers on two different orders. They accepted my refund, but instead of 42, they gave 35 and instead of 36, they gave me 31. What the hell ?

But on the other hand, I love the articles I have already received even thought I admit that it’s expensive for what it is.

i ordered from owl hive a cute pair of jeans and a sweatshirt and neither ever arrived. i’m very disappointed cause i asked for that stuff for christmas and nothing came :(. company is definitely a scam don’t use it!!!!!!

I ordered a jacket which never arrived. I tried to contact them several times and they never got back to me or refunded me or anything. Do not order from this site!!!!!!!

Dont waste your money I have spent nearly £80 and I am raging! Still waiting on a tshirt! Two jumpers and two joggers came. Totally odd sizing terrible quality for the price! Ordered on 9th October for Halloween recieved on 3rd November (with tshirt missing) They dont reply to emails or messages either.

Really bad experience. Horrible quality, arrived 3 months after I‘ve ordered it. Afterwards I‘ve been told of being able to return the items- paid 70Euro for the return - and got 35USD back (the order was about 200USD). Now they don‘t respond anymore. I wish I‘d never had ordered something. It is a catastrophe... please don‘t do the same mistake I did.

i ordered a pair of pants for halloween and nothing came, i tried to email them and they blocked me, i have a feeling this is a child labor situation because none of the clothes come right. they are obviously forcing children who don’t know how to sew to make these clothes and is why they’re such bad quality. do not buy.

I ordered something from here that my daughter picked out for her birthday almost a month ago. I got charged twice right from the start and my bank noticed it, so they considered it a scam and would not pay them. I ordered again a day or so later and the charge went through, but they tacked on a small additional charge (less than $2.00) along with it for some reason. I have written them 3 times to find out what the status of my order is since it is well over the 15 day mark for shipment. Order says "paid" and shipping just keeps saying "in progress". Tonight is my third and final attempt to get a response before I cancel the whole thing. From some of these other reviews, I am not sure the quality will be good even if I do get my order. Based on this poor customer service, I would NOT recommend ordering things from them.

I order a pair of jean shorts and they are extremely cheap quality. The pair of jean shorts looked NOTHING like the ones on the website picture.

The website itself appears to be a scam and when i tried to order it charged me more then the shirt actually was.

I purchased a jumper which arrived and was OK quality.
They charged me twice on the same day for the same amount. When challenged they denied any knowledge of the second transaction.
A few months later they charged my credit card again when no order had been placed.
I have now blocked them through my credit card provider.

This company uses fake photos from models blogs which I only realised after purchase. I contacted them right away asking them to cancel my order and they were refusing to give me my refund back saying it would take 15-25 days to get back into my account so they will just send it and give me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience. The emailing went back and forward for a while, and they then told me they would be unable to give a refund because it had been over 24 hours (because they dragged it out for so long). I then emailed them saying I know it's a fake website with fake photos and they replied right away saying they would issue my refund. There is an option on their website to cancel the order, but this suspiciously doesn't work. This site needs shut down!

I have been waiting 2 months and a half to get my clothes and I have sent multiple emails, most of them have been answered saying if I wanted a refund. I agreed and nothing since then. It is a scam, do NOT order from here ever again.

i saw the add on snapchat and saw a super cute pair of shorts. all i can say is what i saw and what i got were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. the quality of all my items are horrible, dresses and all very see through and the shorts look so fake. when i tried to contact them about when my order was coming in i got nothing (came in late) and when i tried contacting them about wanting to return my items i never got a response.

Never never shop there.... you Will not get all of Your clothes, and the ones you do get, is nothing like promised and very poor quality.
Still waiting for the rest of my order..... 3 months now.....

They use reputable clothing company's photos on their site, but will send you something completely different. You will have to pay for international shipping to return it, not worth it. I ordered a "100% cotton" tank with bleach tie-dying, but what I received was a horrible polyester fabric with the "bleach tie-dye" printed on it. Such a joke.
