If I could give 0 stars i would!

I got sent a camera with a cable that does not work. I have written close to 20 e-mails back and forth trying to get them to replace it. And every time I provide some proof or info they request, I get a new e-mail with more they need. Now they have begun asking for info and proof i have already given them. Which I tell them, but they just ignore that fact.

I seems to me that they are trying to tire me out, so they dont have to replace the cable

I find the sock and app easy to use and I do sleep better knowing my baby is wearing it.
I have to praise Owlet customer support (Sophie). My dog got hold of the sock and chewed up the sensor. I contacted customer care and they arranged for a new sensor to be sent out same day.
I spotted another customer had the same issue. Perhaps the owlet should come with a warning about how dogs love the sensor! 😂

The signal is constantly out loads of times i’m trying to see the baby and it cannot connect.
Very frustrating piece of equipment. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone

I wouldn’t be without my Owlet sock and monitor now.

I’ve used it for both my children and it gives me complete peace of mind at bed times, especially if they are poorly.

Worst company I have ever dealt with faulty product doesn't connect and when it does won't stay connected for long . For an expensive product this is the worst thing I have bought for our baby the support is also horrible. These guys are scamming

Couldn’t recommend the owlet sock enough!! At first it was just brilliant to have the reassurance that our baby was fine. During the last month it has saved her life.. twice!!! We ended up getting rushed into hospital as she wasn’t breathing properly and we would have had no idea without the sock alarming. She recovered in hospital for a few days both times on oxygen and the drs agree the sock helped massively! This is the one product I recommend to absolutely every new parent I talk too!

The Owlet sock at night has been extremely reassuring, being a first time mum and knowing our baby is fine. Allowing me to get some better sleep without worrying. Also great to be able to look back on sleep through the night.

The camera is great, very clear picture and even the night mode is excellent.

A complicated history meant our pregnancy was very mentally challenging and left us with alot of anxiety even after our baby was born. We started using the owlet sock when our baby was around 3 weeks old and it’s given us such peace of mind. It’s so easy to use and we can sleep soundly knowing the app will alert us to any issues. Our baby is now 3 months old and we honestly wouldn’t be without it and would recommend to any new parents.

Had a lot less anxiety when my little one had his sock on. Would massively recommend. Especially for the first 6 months.

I’m a 23 yr old first time mum with a 2 month old next week. Been using the owlet sock from about 2/3 weeks in and I honestly have to say the reassurance this little device brings me now makes it worth every penny. Me and my partner were in the newborn trenches waking to feed every 3 hours, worried sick every night if he would sleep okay after seeing so much online, dreading going to bed and being constantly on edge.

Since buying this sock my baby boy sleeps 7/8 hours stints at a time most nights and I have never been more reassured. Everything is literally from the click of turning your phone on and I know we will be woken up if there is any issues whatsoever. I slowly am starting to feel like old me again. Refreshed, bags under my eyes disappearing, me and my partner can put him down for a nap and go and chill downstairs put a film on like old times watching him sleep from downstairs. The sock alerts your phone if he needs you and the camera is bloody amazing. Crystal clear quality. And I can’t fault the customer service one bit, the team are exceptional and so lovely. Any questions and they’ve been answered immediately. Im so happy - I’ll be using this for forseeable!!

Bought the sock second hand from the Vinted app. It has made my life livable again, being able to sleep at night knowing my little one is safe (anxious mother of a baby with laryngomalacia). I do not know how I should have gotten through this without the Owlet sock.
Absolutely horrible to connect to WiFi (the conversion from 5G til 2.4 G was a nightmare) - the instructions within the app does not cover the process step by step. Got great help from the customer service fast, though.

Our owlet has been a game changer!! It’s provided so much comfort for a very health anxious mum. Not only that it’s really helpful seeing sleep patterns for your baby all in one place. It’s really easy to use and I wouldn’t be without it now, highly recommend it especially to anyone who needs a little more reassurance.

Personally I can’t recommend the dream duo enough.

I ended up having an emergency c section and had to put to sleep so the first couple of weeks of our baby being home was really challenging. As a first time mother as I was in so much pain and struggled to get to him quickly.

My partner had him on his side of the bed for the first couple of weeks and knowing I could open the app and look at the camera to see he was okay gave me so much reassurance I can’t even put it into words.

Having a newborn is really hard especially when you’re trying to recover and the base unit by the side of the bed completely takes away any unnecessary anxiety and worry. I can actually sleep knowing if there’s any problem the base unit will alarm me.

The sock is soft and comfortable on his foot it doesn’t bother him at all.

The camera picture quality is amazing, even on a night. The sound and two way talk is fantastic. We’ve had no issues with WiFi connection.

Please don’t be swayed by the negative reviews, for us as a family with what we’ve gone through the dream duo has been an actual life saver and I can’t thank Owlet enough

Such great products that have relieved my anxiety around my little one ten fold!

As a nervous parent, the sock gives reassurance especially when baby is poorly. So simple and easy to use, never had any issues at all. Will definitely be using on future babies and personally feel this is a must have product!

I have the owlet duo and it’s honestly stopped my anxiety putting my little one down to sleep. I would recommend to any anxious person or first time parents.

Best thing is, you can see everything in one app and it’s so simple to use!

I have recently been using the dream duo and absolutely love it. The sock has been brilliant gives me so much peace of mind with my newborn, paired with the camera I have been so impressed. I really recommend this duo.

An unmatched piece of mind when I had my son. The owlet dream sock has been a life saver (literally!!). Been a couple occasions where it has alarmed and luckily got the medical care we needed and was all fine. I don’t know if I would have slept a wink without it!

The dream sock gives me so much peace of mind whilst my baby sleeps. It’s very responsive and we’ve had several alerts which have helped a lot. As soon as I put that sock on in the evening, I instantly relax.

As my baby is very young so I haven’t needed to use the camera as much as he’s always by my side, however I use this for day time naps whilst I get some jobs done and it has been great! No issues!

I’ve noticed some of the reviews on here mention connections issues, we had one of two at the start but the customer team were so helpful and so responsive, I had help within the hour and have no had a problem since!

I don’t know how I would have coped without it! As an anxious parent being pregnant after a full term loss the owlet helped me so much as a new mum. The fact I could track everything from my phone was super convenient and I will continue to use this with my future babies! 10/10 worth the investment
