Similar review, got a usps tracking link that says USPS has not received the package. Fake company

Okay so I returned my order like 10 months ago. Ofcourse didn’t get my money back, they kept saying the refund was in process. Now I wanted to contact them again, but I can’t find their website and my email won’t send bc the owily e-mailadres doesn’t exist anymore! When I searched for Owily, I only found another cheap looking clothing site. Did they change their name or did they disappear?

They deserve a zero. They are a scam site that has no intention of sending you any merchandise. They operated under helioshelp but when I tried to retrieve my purchase information I was redirected to owily which didn't exist. They are only taking your money. They ignored my email when I asked about my merchandise until I disputed with PayPal. Terrible company that should not be able to function.

The worse clothes I ever shop. Please do not buy from this site. It´s a scam.

I ordered a dress here in January. After 2/3 months I still didn’t receive my dress, nor heard anything about sending the dress. So I send an e-mail, i got an answer that because of corona it would take longer, so i waited another 2/3 months. Send an e-mail again since i didn’t receive anything, and got an answer saying the order wat automatically canceled by the company. I asked for my money back 3 times and got all times an answer saying I could buy another dress and get a coupon for it. But after saying no 3 times and asking for a refund, and another e-mail from me demanding a full refund, i never got an answer again, nor my dress nor my money!! DO NOT ORDER THERE!

If I could leave a zero review I would! The dresses were aweful and when I asked about returning them they suggested I give them to someone else who would like them instead of returning!!! I did return them to somewhere in China and am still awaiting a refund 2 months on. No reply to my email regarding the refund... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

This website is not what the pictures says.shopiping from them will become the worst experience you will ever had.
It was my worst experience ,they are irresponsible and fake .
The dreess are not the same at all .
The return policy is even worst.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered these dresses in January of this year and this is what they sent me! As you can see these dresses are completely different!! The quality was terrible! I have complained about the dresses and it has taken months to get response from them I have had to pay more money to send these dresses back and 7 months down the line I’m still awaiting a refund! What ever you do guys do not order from these as my experience with them has been terrible not only the quality of the clothing but the customer service!

I tried to cancel my order several times.
The customer service tried to make me change my mind.
I told them I want my money back but now they don't answer me anymore.

Owily, after writing this Yelp review I hope I never have to speak or read this word again. After a Google search for “Bridal Shower Outfits” a targeted Instagram ad appeared with an adorable, white/ strapless pantsuit. I saw that it only cost $35 plus tax and shipping. Usually, when somethings seems too good to be true it usually is. When I went to pay and put in my address information, it said it would ship within two weeks. Another too good to be true situation. I placed my order and, as we do, I forgot about it for a little while. After three weeks past I realized I never received anything so I went to track my order. When I went onto the website, a lot of things popped up saying that this was a scam company. I started getting nervous and reached out to their customer service because there was no way to track my order. After three months of emailing, back-and-forth with their customer service team which, by the way was a different person each time – they finally said that they would offer me a refund instead of a store credit which they originally said was my only option. They keep saying the refund is on the way and for months now, that has been their response. Still no refund. This place is a scam and please, do not waste your time trying to order from here. All of the reviews either say that people never got their money back and never got their order, or they got their order and it was really low, cheap quality material. Don’t waste your time. Buyer beware.

Owily or stylity, they keep changing their name, not even worth one star but have to put it to write a review.
I ordered 3 dresses, they took approx 4 months to arrive and then looked nothing like the dresses in the picture.
The quality is disgusting, they are not even wearable and you certainly wouldn’t want to be seen wearing them. I just couldn’t believe something so awful could be sent through the post and that I had been charged for it.
I wrote to the customer service. Well that is a joke!! I got a response to email pictures, so I emailed the pictures and description of the dresses to then be asked again the same thing. After the 3rd email I actually wrote is this a joke!! In which I got an email which was exactly the same as I first email. So yes the whole company is a joke and I will do my best to get them shut down . Absolutely disgusting behaviour, scamming innocent people out of their well earned money.

Never received my order and it’s been 4months still haven’t gotten my $75 refund. It’s a scam!!!

I ordered a dress and then I was trying to truck it but the website said that this email doesn't exist. Not long after that, I went on the website and it was gone too. So I went on their Instagram account and I realized that they changed the name of that web site ( Now the name is Stylily) I tried to contact them but nothing worked so I texted them on Instagram and they responded with different excuses which after 2 months I got my dress which was too late for my prom but thanks God prom got cancelled because of coronavirus. So when I opened the package it didn't even look close to the dress I wanted. My little sister could've made a better dress than that one. It's unprofessional to still money from girls who only want to look nice on them only one and only prom experience. dicapointment

They don’t deserve any star,,, they took the money and I didn’t receive my dress,, I go to my order it shows “oppos the page is no longer exists” ,,, I tried to call but nobody answer,, it’s scam ,,

Ordered a dress, it took two months to arrive.
The dress they advertised was nothing like the garbage I received.
The sewing pattern was not the same and the was a seam thread was hanging out of the side of the dress 1.5 inches of the thick thread

What utterly disgusting and pathetic customer service this company has!

Dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture! Looks like they super glued it together!!! Horrible horrible and they won’t give me my money back! Such a waste!!!!

I hounded these people for my money back for a dress I didn’t want after reading your reviews. OMG whoever wants to take these people to court to get our money back I’m there, I also have emails promising me my money back and not received a penny. They are absolutely scumbags and they need to see they can’t treat people like this. It’s obviously a fake website they are running. They need to be shut down.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a jumper mid Jan 2020 plus paid for express shipping.... I did not receive it until March 12, 2020. The jumper - white pants and a top with sequence on it - I received a jumper that looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I don't even understand how this website continues running, unfortunately they're probably getting by with the few customers that fell for their scam (like myself). How unfortunate that they can even continue a business like this - horrible quality, horrible service and ALL AROUND HORRIBLE WEBSITE TO SHOP FROM.
