I have been using The Owen Kenny Partnerships for many years and they have always been professional, polite and courteous. They have not let me down and I would highly recommend them.

After being on the ‘must do’ list for several years, my mother finally got around to changing solicitors. We selected The Owen Kenny Partnership and have been very pleased with the personal service provided. David Thornton made several home visits to discuss our requirements, talk through options and take our instructions. It is with some relief that we can now say that our affairs are in good order. Mother has a new Will in place and, more recently, Lasting Powers of Attorney have been registered for us both. We are very grateful to David and the team at Owen Kenny for steering us through in such an efficient and friendly manner. It is also reassuring to know that we can confidently call on them as future matters arise.

Conveyancing of leasehold property handled by Anthony McCafferty and Lewis Westwood (secretary)

My Fathers estate was in the safe and very capable hands of Kayleigh who, because of Covid, and two changes of solicitors took over the management of the estate half way through the process. She picked up the threads extremely quickly, and kept me informed and updated throughout. She worked professionally, carefully and methodically to such a high standard with patience and empathy to bring the estate to a successful completion. Divorce is an ugly business but many of my clients had used David Small at the Owen Kenny Partnership and with his 25 years plus experience felt he had represented them and provided an excellent, professional and extremely knowledgeable service. I contacted him and was immediately impressed with his calm and supportive approach. Through several turns and changes of the dynamics which most people going through this process will understand, he was so supportive all the way through the process and made life much calmer and less stressful. So my advice is If you want someone who will fight your corner and be supportive in addition to his years of valuable experience, this is your guy! I had a successful outcome and now refer to him as my Knight in Shining Armour, we all need this strong supportive person backing your corner. My stress was reduced and he regularly provided updates on costs, paperwork and anything else that I needed to know. This man is a legend in the field of Divorce and you want him on your side !!

The conveyancing team of Karen Healey & Sarah Ebling provide a prompt, thorough & efficient service & I would thoroughly recommend them.

Karen Healey and assistant Sarah Ebling handled our house purchase and did a fantastic job. Always so quick to respond, they even got our sale to exchange and complete on what seemed an impossible deadline. Vet grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.

Well my review of Owen Kenny seems to have been withdrawn at their behest. I must have hit a raw nerve!! Well truth often hurts. Just to clarify for this group of solicitors. Everything I wrote in my review the other day I can prove with copies of the letter to the elderly lady in question and the fully prepared LPA that she would have been asked to sign.

UPDATE:
I see Owen Kenny have tried to claim my honest and factual review is due to "trolling". Again I tell that Partnership I have the physical proof of what was being attempted.
I invite anyone who reads their sad attempt at discrediting me to look at my reviews on Trust Pilot. These speak for themselves.
My advice to Owen Kenny is: Put your house in order and then no-one will be able to write negative reviews regarding you.
Your attempt to sit astride the moral high ground by accusing me of"trolling" demonstrates that you have no argument to put forward.
As for me, if I have to I will continue to defend my friend/s if or when necessary and attempts from the likes of the Owen Kenny Partnership won't deter me.

Richard Ayling at Owen Kenny has conducted two property transactions for us now. Both have gone seamlessly, and each time we received good, balanced advice. Rights of way had been documented differently to adjacent properties, but Owen Kenny tracked down the relevant historic Conveyance documents at HM Land Registry and assured us that we had the rights we needed to access our new property. We used Owen Kenny Partnership to carry out the all the legal work involved in sale of two houses. With one house it was a protracted sale taking over a year to complete. At all times we were kept up to date and informed of how things were progressing.
The second sale was started just before the Covid-19 lockdown started. Although the sale took longer than expected we were very impressed with the swift responses from Carol Lawrence who always answered our queries within a few hours despite all the difficulties of contacting people during the lockdown period.
