Chris worked closely with our business…

Chris worked closely with our business over a number of months, analysing a complex and diverse group of business units to create a fully deployable business plan. His approach was structured, clear and educational, allowing collaboration and discussion, with the right amount of challenge from his own experience and perspective. Strategic Business Planning Program

Owen & Partners supported our business with there Strategic Business Planning Program.
Chris's delivery of the program was clear and evidence base and challenged our thinking about our company strategy. In what was a very intense few months in developing our strategy we are now in the process of deploying and communicating this to the rest of the business. We wouldn't have been able to do this without the support of Chris and his program.

Unfortunately strategic planning is often misunderstood and assumed to be an "away day" exercise where the Leadership Team conjure up a few nice words to create a Vision and Mission Statement....unfortunately this is completely missing the point! If done properly the process should be intense and challenging so I'm making no apologies. You've got a detailed and actionable strategic plan which I'm confident will deliver results and put your company in a much stronger competitive position over the mid-to long term.
