They just need to pull their %¤#" together
I have been a customer with them for some time now, half a year to be exact. Unfortunately due to the low quality of service i have been forced to look for a different provider.
Their service just does not work as well as they want to, i keep getting disconnected on many of my clients on daily bases, getting all kind of different authentication problems all out from the blue.
When creating a ticket they kindly state that "its a kickstarter company" so that they are low on personell. Well they are selling a product and people expect some level of service.
They dont respond to mail's on weekends nor are you able to call their support.

They release "transparency-reports" stating that they have never responded to any requests from law enforcements, even though there is evidence that they routinely disclose costumer data to Swedish Police in Swedish Court Documents.
