The car part you send was damaged
The car part you send was damaged, it was missing one crucial part and the front light was also oxydated so badly that it would not pass the cars yearly examination.
The car repair man told this to me. He had dismantled the whole front part, front bumper of the car already off and then looked at the part and noticed that it is damaged and unusable. I had to pay 95 euros. And now I have to Order a New part 80 eur and then pay the 95 euros again to get the car fixed. This is very sad.
I Lost 40 euros that I uded to buy this part and 95 euros for doing nothing to the car fixer Man. This is very sad.
How can I get my money back?

I placed an order at the beginning of October and received two broken sensors. I took photos upon unpacking, but the seller didn't respond. I returned the item through the platform, and the return was received on October 8, 2025, but I still haven't been refunded. However, they're asking me to rate the website, so I'll do that.
