Even if it’s a placebo - it worked for me

I thought I’d give the curb crave a go in the lead up to my wedding. It may be a placebo but, either way, I definitely feel full sooner. I am usually a bottomless pit, but since taking these I have felt satiated quicker and for longer periods. I wouldn’t say my cravings have changed necessarily, I just don’t want as much as I would have. I can now happily have one piece of chocolate and be satisfied. I would recommend giving it a go before plunging into the world of medicated weight loss because it might well work for you too!

Here's the thing though, bodies are so unique and everyone responds differently to supplements. What works amazingly for one person might not click the same way for another. It's honestly one of the trickiest parts about wellness products!

Curb Crave is designed to help with cravings, but weight loss itself is such a complex puzzle. It usually needs a combo of things working together, diet, movement, sleep, stress management, and even then, it's rarely linear. Sometimes our bodies are stubborn like that!

The weight loss journey is SO personal and often involves lots of trial and error to find what clicks for your specific body. I know that doesn't make the disappointment any easier right now though 💔

Really sorry this wasn't your magic solution and that the delivery experience added to the frustration. I genuinely hope you find what works for your body, everyone deserves to feel their best!

Made me constipated

Made me constipated, saw no results after a month. They should really offer a trial package as I now am stuck with multiple bottles that they will not refund me for. Burdock root should not be consumed every single day so Im not surprised this is not FDA approved.

Genuine review - really recommend

I don't normally leave reviews, but I bought the 'Bestie Bundle'. I used for 3 months but then stupidly stopped. I realised what a difference they had make to my stomach & how I felt so i've ordered again. Does not really work

I have not lost any weight since starting the curb crave capsules unfortunately. The only slight difference I've noticed is that I maybe don't get as hungry as quickly in the mid-morning. But this could also be attributed to other factors. It's good you get one pack free I guess. I hope to see some changes soon but it's really not been like what it was advertised.

Ok so I am on the fence about this

Ok so I am on the fence about this. So I bought both the crave curb and bloat control. I took them both for the last 2 months so I think I am not in position to review.
1. Crave curb might help a little however I still gain weight whilst on it and definitely did NOT lose any weight at all.
2. Bloat control- I think this one actually helped me.

Unprofessional and not a brand I’d trust with health products

I ordered a three-month supply of the “Curb Crave” supplement and had a terrible experience from start to finish.

The delivery took over a month, and when it finally arrived, the parcel was left in a bin — completely unacceptable for ingestible supplements. The bin was taken away before I could retrieve it, so I never received the product at all. The experience was really unprofessional and I no longer felt comfortable ingesting the product.

After some research, I found that under UK consumer law, I am legally entitled to choose between a refund or a replacement when goods aren’t delivered properly. However, Ovira refused to offer a refund and insisted on sending a replacement instead, initially asking me to pay an additional shipping charge despite the product being lost through no fault of my own.

The way this was handled left me feeling completely uneasy about ingesting anything from this company. Their customer service felt more like dealing with a casual social media brand than a company selling health-related products — overly casual language, over use of emojis, and no real accountability or professionalism. I eventually had to get my bank involved and they were able to issue my refund.

After my dealings with them, including the month-long delay and lack of care in handling the issue, I lost all trust in the brand. I should have been offered a refund immediately, and I would strongly urge others to be cautious.

If you’re looking for support with weight management or health, stick with qualified medical professionals — not companies like this that fail to take basic responsibility for customer safety.

Avoid.

Steer clear of this company, their customer service is appalling!!

Steer clear of this company. Ordered mid April & I was still waiting for my order over 4 weeks later. Others say they received emails explaining there was a delay. I received nothing & they didn't reply to my emails at all. Raised a dispute through my bank & miraculously my order arrived a week later! I didn't even receive an email to say the order had been dispatched. They continued to take orders when they had stock issues. Really shocking customer service!

Excellent customer service, cannot fault them.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the tablets as it's early days, but I can say that the customer service and after care is excellent. I received my bottle within a week, followed by emails with some hints and tips, and further emails about things like ingredients and welcoming questions. I asked a question on email and had a reply within 24 hours. it is a shame that there is so many negative comments on Trustpilot as this wasn't my experience at all, far from it.
