The most horrible customer service in uk ,I was on hold for 1h,30 mi,and then hang up on me ,then send me out fake manjro made in China please don't buy here go elsewhere don't waist your time and money
The only positive aspect is that the customer service replies very fast to enquiries. Other than that the service is fairly useless, they are sending template messages in an unnecessary amount of individual emails (just combine them into one?) and are not exactly overly friendly or helpful. The delivery process is the most inflexible I’ve ever experienced: Drop off at a parcel shop - not possible. Saturday delivery - not possible. Change of address to have it delivered to the office instead - not possible. Sending a time frame of the delivery - not possible. In the end I had to ask a friend to spend the whole day at my flat to receive the parcel. Just to then find out that the phone I received was broken and didn’t even switch on! So had to go through a similarly inflexible process to send it back again, because there’s not actually a place to drop off the parcel and it has to be collected by a courier again. Super frustrating!!!
