First of all when you search about them you will think they are the best, but when you search deeper then you will realize you have made a terrible mistake, They certainly do not care about their users and their website is so bad like it is run my a confused lots. Now back to the reason why i am writing this, after you try to purchase vps from them, they will hit you with a verify your account email. I have never seen this or heard of this before in my life but because they have debited my usd card,i played along and provided them with my Nigerian passport and Bank statement to verify. After they have taking to some days they decided to respond and tell me thanks for sending my document but i need to send a document matching the registered name and address, I was quite surprised because i registered my self and my name and address matches my card and document, this was so frustrating and even till now they have not responded, their support ticket and even their live chat does not work. It was a very big mistake for me that is why i am coming here right now to advise everyone to be careful using them if you dont want regrets. All i just need is my money back ,a quick refund, i made a 2 years commitment so please don't debit my account again in the future.I don't want to answer any questions or be advised on anything just refund and close the account as i have switched to aws lightsail which is in everyway faster and quicker with easy resolution on any issues.

I cannot change my email address in the control panel, opened a support ticket and was told to do some things and I was ignored. This company expects their customers to run apps on their cloud and I can't even update my account information and apparently neither can OVH support. Good luck running your apps on this cloud service.

the worst Cloud service I have ever used is OVH, a really complex one, with unhelpful support... I do not recommend anyone to use their services, you will get stuck there

Customer service was quite the experience. The live chat worked once and afterwards no response there. I bought a server and got no response back on my documents. So i called the support line and he was very helpful sending the documents to the right people and prioritizing my order. So i called 23:51 the night i bought the server and it was activayed the day after at 11 am.

I then got the license key for windows which took right about 11 hours to complete my order.

Very good i would say as they also have high quality servers and high safety

4 star. Great all around.

The bad part is I Gotta hire some tech to install windows via rescue, reboots and ECT.

Turnkey junk dedicated servers got Windows. One reason I still use Turnkey vps and not yours.

Very bad support service, it took me longer than a week to cancel my account. They don't undersand technical stuff, they don't investigate and they don't explain things properly.

Anyone writing good reviews work for the company and giving false reviews. This company is a scam. You wont get the services you pay for, then expect you to pay extra for support. They falsely advertise time to gain access to server once new account is established you find out 24 second eta turns out to be 48 to 72 hours. Then contacting a live person is like pulling teeth without anything to block the pain. When you do get in touch with someone. all they do is claim to forward an email but nothing gets done. My phone quite working and requested over two weeks ago after sending in requested verification proof to have second device verification temporarily removed. and all I've gotten as a response is emails stating proposed solutions have been replied that I need to log in to OVH panel to see proposed solutions when the issue is I cant log into my account. So seeing the proposed solution is not an option. Their employees are intellectually challenged.

Using OVH from 6 to 7 years and I'm more than satisfied.

Their bandwidth and anti-DDoS are unbeatable, as well as the price for the hardware provided.

Some specific alternatives may offer a slight better price for the hardware in some cases, but they are unable to provide a combination as good as in OVH.

I cannot understand the reviews that report bad experiences about support or problems with payment, since in these almost 7 years, I have always been very well attended by OVH in all these aspects.

Untrusted Support, Waiting for a week and still didn't get my order delivered.
After i create a ticket and waiting a minimum of 24h for each reply, they just don't care about my order or don't want me as a client.

Don't buy from this newbies.

Rescue systems have begun appearing in many VPS vendor offerings, but I saw it first at OVH. It creates a mini-Linux environment in which your VPS system drive is mounted so you can make modifications if your VPS won't boot.

Don't recall any outages in the last four years.
