Amateur hour

Very very disappointing. Initially they ordered a damaged part and sadly this can happen but the second part they ordered was just wrong, wrong part no., wrong mountings, wrong electrical connector, wrong nozzle. Both times I had to follow up on progress and both times they were just about to phone me!! After 2 weeks back at square one. They tried to blame the manufacturer but to anyone with eyes the 2nd part was never going to work. The operations manager was very rude and insisted on talking over me. Just hopeless. Picking the right part up at the dealership today not wasting any more time. Very amateurish
