Fantastic customer service.

A beautiful book with the new rules, was easy to follow, excellent artwork with good descriptions of each creature.

Over all pretty piss poor. I get it stocks run low and Christmas involves holidays (order placed 3rd jan)but, 2 weeks from an email saying we are getting your items in tomorrow and should post them by this weekend to almost 3 weeks later to receive them.
The email that was sent said that stocking was an issue and I had no problems with that. This company communication skills are absolutely abysmal, I even replied to the email that I received saying "I look forward to receiving a confirmation email saying it's been sent" yet received nothing.
