Purchased hand sanitizer on April 14th 2020. After 3 weeks not hearing anything regarding my shipment I started to reach out to them via email and never received a responce. Then I tried the phone and you cant leave a message. I have now filed a claim with my credit card company. Do not do business with them.

They r a scam do not buy read reviews before ordering online this website takes ur money an lies that they sent to the wrong address

be careful because it is a scam, I bought a month ago and the order does not exist and my emails are not answered.

Everything is bought off Aliexpress. Communication sucks, and will take weeks and weeks to get anything you purchased to arrive. Just go to Aliexpress and order it directly for less and then wait. At least the wait is cheaper that way.

It has been the worst experience for me to order sanitizer from this place, It is more than 50 days since i ordered it but haven't received anything yet. No updates from the customer service as well, they just respond on the email and always share the same information that my package is in transit. I would not suggest anyone to buy stuff from this place. I regret not checking out the reviews before ordering , but now i realize there are many people like me who are in the same boat.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a product that was IN STOCK and it’s been 30 days and been telling me for 2 weeks that’s it’s shipping and still not shipped. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! DON’T EVER EXPECT TO RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT!!

I ordered hand sanitizer from them. The ad said it was in stock ready to ship. I never received an order acknowledgement email only one from paypal stating that my account was charged. I emailed them asking for a status but received no reply. All my emails are now returned undelivered.
This company is a fraud. Stay away!

If I could rate them less than one star I would. This company is a total lying fraud. The represent themselves as a US company but it’s ALL CHINESE. Their web says products are in stock and ready to ship but then you have to wait 20-30 days for it to ship from China. Their emails are total lies if you can even get an answer from them. Considering them doing this in the COVID-19 pandemic they should be Federally prosecuted. Save your money and your time.

I ordered something from this company. on April 12th I got an email saying my order had been shipped. As of today I have not received my order. When I check the status it says my order does not exist. Supposedly this was shipped from China. This company is a scam!!!

They don't even get one star. Absolute scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should be ashamed of taking vantage of people that urgently needed supplies for Covid-19.

Order on April 8, shipped on April 13, delivered to the wrong address in another State on April 22. Send them multiple e-mails and have not heard back anything.

I put in a order for hand sanitizer on 4/6/20. They told me it ships out in 24 hours. Then when I emailed them. It takes 10 days to ship out. Now it says waiting at Australia post. So I send them and email saying I want a refund and gonna call my bank. I will read reviews before I order😡😡

I ordered over $200 of merchandise. I am an RN and ordered masks and hand sanitizer. I did not mind paying the price for my safety. I never received the products. I live in Little Rock Arkansas and the post office says my goods were shipped to Youngstown Ohio. I have called their Illinois number and got a taped COVID message about there phones beimg out due to the virus. I set up a problem on their website and have received no answer. Not even a too bad, so sad. Nothing. This is without a doubt a scam. I wish there was a way to give negative stars in a review. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail daily. Buyer Beware!!!!

Ordered wipes from Overhalfsale about a month ago and the delivery time claimed they would arrive by April 7-9. It is now April 24. I got an email that the package was "in transit" on April 16 but haven't heard anything since then. Tried reaching out to shipping company, they directed me back to Overhalfsale. Their phone lines are conveniently down "because of COVID-19" - last time I checked, viruses don't affect phone lines and customer service could accept calls by working from home.

I'm frustrated that they weren't honest about delivery time upfront. I ordered these wipes for my elderly parents who live far from me and are out of wipes. If this company had just been honest about the delivery time upfront (or said that the shipping would likely be delayed), I wouldn't have made the purchase. Now I'm not even sure if they'll receive them at all. The least they could do would be to respond to me with what is going on.

my order is delivered to the wrong address and even they don’t have any response so this is FAKE. i really disappointed.

My order was shipped to the wrong address/city/state!!! I called and emailed at least a dozen times with no response! We had to stop payment!

I have left 3 messages for an regarding an order I placed on 4/11/20. When I placed the order the items were in stock & should be shipped within a couple of days. Still have not received a shipping confirmation date. These masks are for Nurses.

I've left 3 messages regarding the status of my order from last week and haven't received a response. Very disappointed, only getting advertisements to buy other products.
