I have been with Overflow for years now, they are very well-priced and indeed, deliver what they say. Overflow reduces complexity, makes things easier to analyze, and contains features that meet my website's needs for maximum growth and exposure. My business is always hitting page 1 or 2 on google for many keywords- thanks to overflow. They are amazing at monitoring my backlinks and will always be a great resource to hit the next goal.

Their work is excellent. Overflow's team takes the time to learn about you and your business before developing a plan. The initial consultation was invaluable to me. For 7 years, they have acted in my best interest and are actively involved in getting me results. If I have a goal they always try to surpass it and usually do!

We can clearly see the progress made, including dramatic improvements in search engine rankings for 134 keywords and 20x increase in traffic. Our conversion rate increased from 2.5% to 14% after they rebuilt our website.

Like other reviews that I've seen, I agree with some of them that the reports can vary from basic to comprehensive depending on your website AND depending on what YOU ask for. There is a universal report on your dashboard automatically and several more advanced and detailed reports by email, some of which can be confusing. You can also request incredibly detailed reports if you are a scholar lol, I personally prefer the basics these days.

Overflow and Jeff have provided me with astonishing service for more than 8 years. They have always outdone themselves to help my business climb in Google rankings and traffic, and we have worked on two projects together.

As a result, I rank for 175 keywords and I can barely handle the volume of incoming business, which says it all.

Every month, we receive several reports. Some more useful than others. There's a basic report with 15 metrics that I find the most useful, a Google Search Console report showing how many impression and clicks we received, An overly detailed Google Analytics report. The Google My Business report which shows how many people found me on maps, and how they interacted with my page, such as calling, looking for directions, etc. The final SEMrush report shows keyword rankings, domain authority, traffic, backlinks, and competitor data. I can also request for more advanced reports but I choose not to, it's too much information.

I would highly recommend them.

I can now believe what others are saying about those 4 and 5 star reviews because I was offered the same but for 3 months free by Jeff at Overflow Cafe if I was willing to remove a bad review I posted on Yelp. We have used this service for over 18 month hoping to see any difference in our keyword ranking. We got nothing. Like everyone else, we were totally fooled by those monthly reports we receive that has data with no proof behind them. When I saw the many bad reviews on Yelp, we started to pay attention to those reports. Like everyone else says, those reports are the same every month and they send to all customer just by changing the web site. They are all fake reports. If the data was real, you would expect to click on any number to see the details behind it. No way, no such thing. Examples of fake data, that I am sure other have seen are the number of back links they created, the number of toxic links they removed, the progress in ranking keywords, the comparison with your competition, etc. I repeatedly requested from them to send me data, never received any. The most I get is things we increased your site authority by 80% and increased your site visibility by 80%. Any proof? no, any idea where they come up with these numbers? no. Bottom line, cut your losses and stop using their service and do not be fooled by those reports they send you. it is all fake. I need to mention that I was threatened by Jeff at Overflow Cafe that If I write any bad reviews, he would do the same to us.

I have been trying to a get review of this business posted on the BBB of Central Ontario and they have been resisting to accept my review by demanding things that are impossible for example, an invoice that shows my full name, me email, my zip code and my phone number and it can not be something I write but it has to be from the business. Obviously Overflow Cafe pays annual fee to BBB to get this A+ Accredited status. That is why BBB is protecting them by not posting any bad review. Even BBB says they issue this status regardless of reviews. I encourage anyone who wrote a bad review on this business to try to submit a review the the BBB. You will be certainly blocked. I filed a a complaint against the BBB of Central Ontario with the Government of Canada.

Overflow Cafe has been extremely helpful to me for years. I've jumped from the bottom to the top for almost everything I want. My traffic and leads are up eleven fold.

Each month around the same time, I get an easy to read generic report, and a way more complex comprehensive report. I rarely read the bigger reports anymore. It's just too much data for me and that's the downside. I'm satisfied as long as I'm moving forward, and I just don't have time for all the graphs and charts.

There was no change in our DA and no change in traffic. I was speaking to a fellow "Jeff" and he threatened to publish my conversation on YouTube because he needed to hear me smiling and happy for being cheated by his company for our law office. He claims that they were never hired to create backlinks. This was the only reason. As he was unhappy, he told me that he does not want to do business with my law office LOL! Be very careful about this company. I think they are a fraud.
