No comunication that they were not…
No comunication that they were not coming and no parts even though the site said they could fix Creda- the customer service ( there was no service!!) man was very rude on phone when I called back to find out what was happening- do not use this service!

Engineer never called bell and left and cannot rebook
No one rung the bell when they turned up. We ensured someone was in the flat. They left. And it's been a week and I still can't rebook. Just get palmed off or am sat waiting for so long on hild. On the phone now justbwaiting...
