Ordered an outdoor sofa on eBay with a code.After taking the money 4 days (Thursday)the evening before final delivery day ( Monday ) they cancelled and said it was out of stock. They are selling the exact same sofa £20 more expensive. I asked why and was told that it had a different item number .
I would not recommend this company at all

Twice, I wrote a negative review on the grill cart I purchased. They did not print my review. This company should not exist. The cart was made out of something a strong as balsa wood. It cracked during assembly because the parts were warped and did not go together.

instructions are rubbish the panels do not slide in properly the roof trim.does not slide on the door won't go together properly. The whole structure moves constantly even when nut and bolt is as tight as possible, the windows do mot fit correctly. it is without doubt tge worst piece of crap I have ever had the misfortune to buy I want my moneyback.

The company that run this MH STAR are awful. Parasol was terrible quality and broke 10 days outside of the 12 month warranty, so they wouldn’t do anything.
Avoid

Outsunny 2m x 3m parasol lasted less than four months before the string in the winding mechanism broke, meaning it can’t be put up. Very annoying! I’m currently waiting for a refund or replacement. Preferably refund as I don’t want another one.

Product came when expected, boxes where a little beat up but I went into this hoping it might be half decent, its not, its a POS, unpacked it all and immediately the quality was questionable. I unpacked everything only to find out that, there are no INSTRUCTIONS! NO SCREWS/BOLTS!

IS THIS SOME NEW TECHNOLOGY THAT HOLDS ITSELF TOGETHER WITH SCAMS, HOPES AND DREAMS!!!

The badge or insignia looks like some kid in d+t Made it for coursework. And the glass corner has damage on it when it came where the frost layer has worn off in transit.

I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND THEY CAN PICK THIS POS BACK UP.

OK this was relatively cheap, more fool me!
However, don't take this on unless you are very happy to spend a few days struggling, have lots of help and there's not a chance of even the slightest wind while you work. Don't rely on the instructions in a chronological manner, read ahead! The instructions are just weak line drawings, the expoloded view is frightening and just a few sentences of explanation would have been very useful! Also absolutely WEAR GLOVES! They provide a flimsy pair and me and my son did for 90% of the work (it's still only half built, after 4 days as he has to work), but we both still managed to cut ourselves; there are razor sharp edges on the metal! Surely these could have been de-burred before despatch?
There are 42 different types of parts: 75 large parts; 184 screws; 45 bolts; 8 large screws; 108 bushes and 228 washers.
I nearly returned it straight away!

So after further problems I tried to return it and got an offer of assistance. After numerous photos and info, from me, radio silence! I struggled on and have nearly finished it; however a final twist is that despite 45 tiny bolts with 45 tiny nuts; remember its an outside job, the final bolt had no thread. They do not give you any spares! I've written to them twice today with no acknowledgement from their helpline. I used their automated service and got the response that as it is now over 30 days I am not eligible for any spare parts!
Todays date 5/8/25. I couldn't build it quicker as I needed assistance. Both a helper and advice (which was never forthcoming).

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. A builder I know said the same and informed me that another builder he knew took it straight to the dump!

What a worthless company with worthless products that they sell via Amazon under different conditions. Bought an outdoor lamp for € 36,-- that looks like it is a plastic bag with holes. Scandalous. Returns are not possible via Amazon but must be sent directly to Outsunny. Costs € 16.--. How dare they. :-(

2.5 Canter - leaver Parasol, delivered found to be dangerous factory in China on diagram supplied show
that on page 1failed to drill two holes in main parasol tube so locking knobs failed to engage.
In use 2.5meters x 2.5 meters parasol acts like an helicopter spinning out of control hit my hand.
Amazon UK illegally haven’t picked up or pay back money owed will have to get trading standards or health and safety UK,

Every thing I have now read in reviews makes sense.company kept putting back delivery date but item never arrived.thankfully bought through amazon so they are now refunding me totally untrustworthy company are Outsunny.

• Some essential parts were missing from the package.
• The assembly instructions were completely absent.
• The material turned out to be of very poor quality: the tent tore immediately upon first use, during assembly.

This is unacceptable for a brand new product.
I expected a much higher standard – this was a complete disappointment.

I am requesting an immediate refund, or I will take further action.

Ordered a garden table from this bunch and when it arrived it had 3 out of 4 legs were the wrong way round (would have come off other tables), the sliding mechanism for the table to expand was completely broken with more than half the screws missing (looks like it would be a deathtrap to operate and proably cut your fingers off) and the whole thing was disgustingly filthy and covered in dust and grime. Completely appalled anyone could "sell" something like this in this condition. Certainly against health and safety standards. Complete scam AVOID!!!

I bought an iron bridge from this company, or at least their advert suggested iron. I got something that was so thin that it resembled more recycled coca cola tins, but it was supposed to come with a protective paint that stops corrosion. Well, I treated it with utmost care and put a plastic mat on top to make sure that nothing breaks that protective paint. Nevertheless, after 13 months it broke completely together, because the corrosion had come from the inside. The companies response to my complaint: "We only give 6 months guarantee." I am not even sure if that is legal, but let's be honest - they know exactly what they are selling, hence 6 months and not a day more.

Bought an 8x6. Top bar was incorrectly drilled so panels would not fit. After a lot of emails they finally sent a diagram showing the 2 ft spaces which mine obviously did not have as was shown in the many pictures. I told them I still had the packaging and would pack it for them to pick up. Their reply was in this case we will offer a refund and no need to pick it up. Refund - still waiting whilst I have to pay to dispose on crap greenhouse

We bought a hard top gazebo. It was delivered quickly, but missing screws, some of the metal parts were damaged, they instructions were back to front and I've had to spend ages cutting off all the long straggly ends from the curtains in order to zip them up. Not what you expect when you're spending that kind of money.
We did eventually get it up and it looks good, just need the weather now to enjoy it.

Bought an outsunny 8x6 shed and is the worst shed i've ever had , once it rained it just let water in through the flimsy panel's , the thing is so weak , i've had to empty everything out the shed to try and waterproof it best i can , i need to put duct tape on the frame where it meet's the panel's , this thing shouldn't be on the market.

We bought an outdoor solar powered lamppost, which failed within months. Attempts to contact Outsunny alleged customer service also failed - phone not being answered and their email address rejected. Obviously not keen on hearing from their customers, even when trying to buy spares.

I baught powder coated outsunny chairs for my back yard. They were powder coated aluminum. After one season they were completely coroded. The warranty not directly from outsunny is a joke. Needless to say if you dont buy direct through them then theres a 90 day warranty. Meanwhile their stuff is everywhere. They will do nothing about this maumufacturing defect so buyer beware.

3m x 3m metal frame gazebo. Shockingly bad. Easy to assemble. Easier to mangle. All you have to do is expose the assembled product to a breeze and that's it bent, buckled and ready for a trip to Oz. Never again. One use only. Please beware. Completely unfit for purpose.
