False advertising and no refund
I was stupid enough to purchase an incorrectly advertised computer software package. It is unusable. Everything is in (Dutch?). Claiming in the false advertisement that there is an option to switch it to English is misleading. If there are any instructions for doing this, they are in (Dutch?) so inaccessible to anyone who does not read (Dutch?). I have asked for a refund. Surprise surprise - no response.
