What fantastic support I've received these last few weeks from Matthew! . For what can feel like a very challenging time the support and advise has been fantastic! How times have changed when looking for career opportunities (from popping down the job centre and looking in the local paper) there is what I've come to realise many more routes to export for job opportunities. With regular 1-2-1 session with Mathew, CV and linked-In help and advise and bags of information on the Outplacement First website including interview hit and tips. My consultant Matthew was very professional, capable and extremely helpful. I had not applied for jobs for 10 years so presented quite a challenge however he was able to guide me through the process in such a way that it seemed very clear and straight forward.

I didn't have *great* expectations of the service (arranged by former employer as part of a redundancy package) but *actually* it's been excellent: the web-based resources are very good - lots of useful and sensible advice and education on all aspects of the application and interview process, a good job search tool - and the one-to-one coaching (from Bill McKeown in my case) has been thoroughly useful, considered and tailored.
Job hunting is frankly quite grim and Outplacement First have made it less grim and shorter - what more can one ask?
