Thank you so much for your review! We take delays and any possible lost deliveries seriously and I checked the status of your delivery.
I see that the order was sent one day after the purchase, and it has been delivered to Posti in Finland yesterday, within 3 days after shipping. It has been further delivered and arrived at a post office for pick-up today, and you should have received a notification from Posti. This is within the estimated delivery time.
The tracking info is updated when the package reaches Posti in Finland, which is why you didn’t see any tracking information earlier. We do inform about this on our homepage and in the order confirmations. However, this information is in Finnish. I will forward your feedback so that we can take language aspects into consideration for the future.

the product sent was broken, connected with customer service on return and no answer as of yet so takes time..
Update: The issue got sorted out; support had answered but the answer did not reach my email box and issue is now sorted out - good experience after all. :)

Bad customer service!!
I ordered two dreamcatcher single 12cm xl camping air matress and it was a disaster!! Order date was in aug-2021, shipment arrived after a month of waiting. The other matress was broken. Air valve was missing. Ghat started the longest battle of getting the missing valve. Finally in dec-2021, company informed that the factory had a fire and they are not able to sent the sparepart. I was so mad at this point, I returned both matresses and wanted a refund. Another month went by and today 12-jan-22 they refuses to refund the other matress due to few cat hair that was left to the matress cause I had to open it once to check if that was ok. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! EVER!!!

We have an internal policy for all returned products: They must be completely clean, dry and free of e.g. animal hair. This is the reason why our colleagues reacted the way they did. However, in your case we should of course have looked at the bigger picture. Therefore, we have now re-evaluated the case. As a goodwill and our apology to you, you will receive a full refund on the second mattress as well. We have even contacted you via mail with the details.

Really poor in giving information on the shipping. Waiting for my package and there is no information about where the jacket is. The only thing I know is that the delivery company has not received my order. MODIFIED: the shipment came, and actually in time. They just don't keep you as updated as I'm used to being.

This is because the parcel is first scanned when it arrives to Posti in Finland. Bring also mentions in their tracking information that it is updated when the shipment has arrived at terminal in the destination country. Worth for the price - sleeping bag
I bought the sleeping bag for 22.80 (including the delivery charges). Sleeping is good for autumn and spring use. There is no damage and material looks good but the sleeping bag is not quite thick and comfortable to sleep on the floor. Finish is not good as I can see some fabrics near the zipper area and near the edges.

Faster than expected. Happy.
I ordered a snowboard to Finland. I was little scared of average score here but the cheap price lured me and I took my chance. Everything went butter smooth. Ordered on Thursday and got it by next Tuesday evening. Grand. This is my thanks for good quick service and sparing me a big buck.
It was said on the web page that delivery time is usually average because the company is small and has limited capacity. I guess i had some luck in the game,getting my board so quick, but that suits me.
