I really enjoy working on Outlier because they have well prepared and interesting projects to work on, with a constant guidance on the guidelines for the projects, they payment is always on time, and always I opened a ticket for support they answered me being honestly helpful.

What made this experience great was primarily the work itself, which involved AI model engagement, interaction, and training. Great, not just literally but more on the uniqueness and interesting factor about it. The company is doing well on its payment scheme, delivering on their word.

I have been putting off working on outlier for 10 months because of reviews online but 2 months ago i decided to give it a chance and i would say...loved it. I earned double of what i earned last year in just 2 months. And more then that i loved the work.
Yes my account got under review once without any notification but you have to wait for support because after clarification and wait mine was back in 3 days and work was on.
Also i love the community here, specially the QM's they work hard and try to solve your query as soon as possible.
So overall, i loved it.

I was removed from S2S without any notice, because of which the entire platform is lying vacant, there is no work.

I have been working in Outlier for a while now, and my experience was good, I was completing tasks with great quality, I was getting paid every week, but I felt like that their QA reviewer team was not fair because most of the times, in any task you perform, one auditor used to give me exceptional and after doing the same thing with another task, another auditor used to give me unacceptable, and the worst part is that you cannot reach out to that auditor. When I joined at first, all of my tasks used to get checked every time and I used to get some great results, but just when I reached 100 tasks completed, none of my tasks were getting reviewed, which means my quality score was not increasing and then just after 4 days of completing 100 tasks, they took me out of the project without giving any reason, their support team chat button also kept saying the same thing over and over again, it was stuck badly. My tasks are still available to do in the multimango website but it's not accessible in the outlier dashboard. It was such a disappointed experience but the outlier team helped me a lot in the webinar and they solved the issue, so definitely you can work in this platform, it's completely legit, I love to work here. Great payment, easy work and the webinars are best if you are facing any issues, always reach out to them and they will resolve it.

The work is not that demanding in term of work hour, it was a really flexible job. The payment is somehow considerably fair for my local standard salary. But there are some aspects that require improvement, like more clear and earlier information for onboarding member. Because previously I was removed from Aether s2s Elo without notice from Outlier, it causing me to assume that I was offboarded.

I like working with outlier... The tasks are good, payments are timely without any extra formalities and a smooth work..All the officials are helpful... Sometimes I don't have tasks but I did assigned will a new one in a week, which is very impressive. One thing is needed to improve is that please do provide a proper result of the tests for a new project...so we'll get to know what should be improved. Rest everything is perfect.

There's a huge gap between guidelines and the reviewers' notes, hampering my score on Multimango. Still, it's a great platform to start as a freelancer. Support staffs are very helpful.
