Thank you for recognizing my 100th task milestone. I truly appreciated the opportunity to contribute to Outlier and gained valuable experience working on the Aether/Omni project.

However, shortly after reaching this milestone, I was unexpectedly removed from the project, despite my recent performance improvements. I was informed that my eligibility could not be restored, but I did not receive specific feedback explaining the main reason for the decision.

My experience with Outlier has included positive aspects, such as gaining experience as an AI Trainer and receiving payments correctly. However, the sudden loss of access to tasks, without prior warning or detailed feedback, has been difficult because contributors depend on project availability for their income.

I would be happy to provide a balanced and honest review. I also hope Outlier can consider matching me with another suitable project soon.

I've been contributing on Outlier for a while now and recently completed my 100th task. Overall, my experience has been positive. I've had the opportunity to work on interesting AI evaluation projects, particularly involving language and voice model evaluation, which have helped me develop practical experience working with AI systems.
Payments have been reliable in my experience, and I appreciate that the platform provides opportunities to work remotely and contribute to real AI projects. The project guidelines and feedback can also be useful for improving the quality of your work over time.
There are still areas that could be improved. Task availability can sometimes be inconsistent, and I've occasionally encountered platform or technical issues that temporarily prevented me from tasking. Communication around project allocation and availability could also be clearer.
Overall, Outlier has been a worthwhile experience for me. I'd recommend approaching it as flexible project-based work rather than expecting a guaranteed amount of work every week.

My experience was great and still great till now as their payment is really great and worth it all but just there is a little problem which is the tasks may be suddenly got removed and you can't work in that time an dalso when the tasks come back we don't get notify for that and I think this problem need to be fixed
