Tried to order something... twice.
I've tried to order an item. I had to wait 3 weeks (after a few costumers invoices) that it was not in stock and I had to wait 2 more weeks so I canceled the order (they were very fast to comfirm the cancelation, they didn't even try to keep me as costumer). I had to wait a quit a while before my money was back.
I gave them another chance.
I bought quite a bit and then I got a mail they were waiting for my items to be send to them (what??). I wasn't in a rush and they told me I had to wait for 2 weeks. Then after 2 weeks they mailed me there was a problem with the transport and I had to wait a week extra and after that another mail with... I had to wait another week. The next week I got mail I had to wait another week (so, that is 3 times. lol). Then I send an upset mail with the question what the problems were and what they were doing about it, but I didn't get any reaction. The next day I told them I wanted to cancel my order and all of a sudden they were able to react within 5 minutes that the cancelation has been done.
Now I have to wait again to get my money back (about €300,- ... I think I was a good costumer).
Seriously people, don't even think about buying goods from this Spanish company.
