I encourage you to search more feedback before buying ! I purchased a coffee machine with grinder and it came quick enough but it was damaged and Very Obviously had been sold/opened and returned before ! Multiple postage labels and plastic damage and obvious repacking inside. When questioned after 5 days of trying to contact via shop return email form and direct email externally was told it WAS new and would not pay for return postage (costing 21 euros via Correos) even as a damaged unit they refused to refund as they said a replacement would be sent ! I did not want a shabby unit to be sent again ..... they do have a hidden WhatsApp number 382422772. They are not a company to be dealt with and refusals like this should not be ignored .my 79 Euros was refunded but I am still owed 21 euros .. "caveat emptor"
