An item that I ordered was too small, I had to return it. You log in with your order number to the return portal and you can print a label from there.
The surprise comes when you get the confirmation email that they received your return. They add a return fee. The shirt I ordered was $30 on sale, return fee was $10. So I am getting only $20 back. That's a return fee of over 30%. Scam!!
