Outlet Asics Reviews 

I bought a pair of runners from asics in November last year, they received the returned product on the 8th December. I have contacted them and was told I should expect the refund within 20 working days. We are on 23 working days and I still haven't even received an email regarding the refund or the refund itself!!

Ordered my daughter some asics for school wear as recommended by children's physiotherapist(she wears orthotics) they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive which wasn't the main issue. They were definately not true to size, very small. So went to take back to my local asics outlet in Gloucestershire to be told we don't accept refunds you have to send them back in the post. A wasted journey, but sent them back. Tracked them they were received quickly in less than 4 days. I am still waiting for my card to be refunded a week later, contacted customer service and had no reply. Never again....

First would leave a zero star if possible ordered on DEC 15th not shipped until DEC 21st shipped via FEDEX their notice and Asic email shows they were delivered at 1:51 PM today they may have been delivered someplace but not here will never make the stupid mistake of ordering again from these people

Awful delivery, delay after delay after delay, will send back, bought elsewhere.

Made the order and received the shoes in 6 business days, one more day than expected because there was a issue with the door number on the address. I used costumer support to solve the issue and they were helpful. Also I receive exactly what I order therefore I don’t have any complaints and would recommend the site. I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews.

Running shoes arrived in a reasonable timescale considering the lead up to Christmas. Product as per description. Plenty of negative feedback on here but i would recommend the site.

I rarely write reviews and this is more to do with their delivery company (UPS) rather than Asics Outlet. I did try to post this on the Asics Outlet site but it was rejected as it was not about one of their products. I have purchased from Asics Outlet in the past and although the delivery is slow it usually arrives within a working week. However, my last order (placed Thursday 24th November 2022) for a pair of running shoes beggars belief! On Tuesday 29th November 2022 the shoes were at the UPS depot (Herne-Bornig) in GERMANY! Eventually, the shoes arrived at the UPS delivery depot for my area (Dartford) on Thursday 1st December 2022. After a few days delay the shoes were marked as 'Out for delivery' on Monday 5th December 2022. I waited in all day and at 17:39 I got a message stating 'Delivery will be delayed by one business day'. The next four days followed the same pattern, a early morning message, 'Processing at UPS facility' followed by a late afternoon message, ''Delivery will be delayed by one business day'. I emailed Asics Outlet (no response) and telephoned UPS Customer Support where someone who I could not understand (obviously overseas call centre) kept apologising for their lack of staff / delays. On Saturday 10th December 2022 at 09.59 the shoes were delivered, no notification that they were 'Out for Delivery' from UPS! I realise that this is the run up to Xmas but UPS have taken ten days to get a package from their depot in Dartford all the way to Maidstone, Kent. BUYER BEWARE

poor service, do not buy anytihng on their site, no communications what so ever after purchasing regarding to shipment. the irish phone 045-499032 does not work. it is a joke, i wonder if i ever get the product i bought. 6 days now after my purchase, no shipment information, tracking, nothing! emailed a few times, nothing. poor poor poor! AVOID!!!

I purchased a pair of Gel-Sonoma 6 G-TX trail running shoes last month for running 3 miles to work and 3 miles back. The first time I used these in the rain (not even off road), by the time I arrived at work my feet were wet on the soles and toes. This was not due to rain entering through the opening in the shoe as just below my ankles was not wet. I contacted the Asics customer service team who advised that I should contact Gortex. I have since, repeatedly pointed out that my contract is with Asics who supplied the product NOT Gortex, and that the shoes are not fit for purpose. Their so called 'customer service advisor' just keeps saying that if the shoes aren't visibly damaged (which they are not), it is not their issue and constantly passes their legal responsibility to Gortex. My advice to anyone is DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SPORTSWEAR FROM THIS COMPANY, and based upon my current experience switch to a different make of running shoe.

I totally forgot to read reviews of this website until after I ordered, when I saw the reviews I was so worried that I contemplated cancelling it but decided to give it a chance first. I have to say I'm glad I did as I received my order this morning, a week after I placed it and everything is perfect and genuine Asics products. I've received two pairs of trainers, two hoodies and two packs of trainer socks and couldn't be happier. The prices were fantastic, it doesn't bother me if they're last seasons or end of line stock and the tracking was great, I actually received them two days earlier than expected. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a good deal, I'll certainly order again.

Firstly I will give this ASICS Outlet FIVE stars for how well they have disguised their website to be a genuine one. There is almost nothing to indicate that this is a FAKE website based in China. Ordered 2 pairs of trainers, price was frankly too good to be true, and as they say, it probably is! Got SCAMMED! After you create your order, there is even a tracking number from Royal Mail UK, wow, must be legit. When it arrived, was a fake Cartier ring, no shoes. When I went back to ASICS outlet website to check what's happened to my order, of course my account doesn't exist, never did! Going via my credit card (Mastercard) to try and reclaim my money. And of course, try to take action against the fake website whichever way I can.

So far Im not happy with their servoce, the deliver should be within 5 days when order submeted than turned to 9 days when order processed ! The tracking informtion given is not accurate and parsel didnt arive on the day promised as of now!! If it will arive at all. What the point of providing information if not accurate unless the aim to frosterat n miss lead customer! Dissaponinting

Bought two pairs of shoes in mid-June, paid with Visa. Package arrived at customs in Stockholm and I paid SEK 80 more. But what arrived in my mailbox was a necklace worth about SEK 25!! I could follow my "shoes" all the way, but there were no shoes. Fake site - NEVER buy and pay before you receive your goods.

Would put zero stars if I could! Placed an order July 17th. Shipped and money taken July 18th. Never arrived! Apparently there was an 'unexpected logistical issue' and it was being returned to the depot. However I have to wait for them to receive the parcel for me to get a refund! NOT MY FAULT. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Running Shirts and a pair of trainers ordered 3rd July, Arrived 19th July. Nothing wrong the the gear but 16 days?????
Not so much of an email apology or a credit note or anything. Customer Service Zero Rating I'm afraid.

Very happy with my purchases. Running shorts and socks, genuine items at reasonable price. Lost a star because when I buy from a UK web-site, so titled, I don’t expect shipment from Germany and resultant 8 day delivery (not the worst but in todays market of next day/2-3 days etc - maybe should say so on web-site, which it might just I didn’t see anything!).

I found the trainers too small. They look good quality and similar to what I tried on in the shop. But, I always wear size 5 and these are a bit short and narrow - more like a 4.5 in my opinion. I tried contacting them by chat and it was a bot who said she didn't understand me. Let's see if I get an e-mail as promised ...

I received my trainers all ok they took a week to arrive because they came from Germany. However, I needed to return them and my order number wasn’t found when I tried to go through the process. I panicked after reading the negative reviews on here of Outlet. ASICS and it being a possible scam company. Usually I check here firstly if I’m unsure but the website looks authentic so I didn’t. Later I realised that it was my error when trying to return the trainers, I had selected ASICS from a list of companies and not Asics outlet!! So my mistake. I was able to track my trainers the whole way back to destination. I also contacted ASICS and they confirmed this is their legit company and not s scam. Hope this will reassure some.

It is a fake asics website very well done.
Products are bad quality copies.
It is waste of money if you expect the asics quality, but for those who want fake shiny copies just to show off they have asics products it is a good place to shop.
I ordered 1 pair of running shoes, 1 running shorts, socks and one training trousers, all ugly fakes. For those who don't believe it go for it and when you receive the produtcs get back here and write the review 😊
