Awful awful awful
So many with the same experience as I.
I cannot get through on the phone to correct an error of being charged 69.99 for a pair of trousers I do not have. Who pays £70 for a pair of trousers!?
Emails just say "we're busy". I was charged on 30th April and still haven't received even a reply to any attempt to contact them. My next step with be the ombudsman.
Stay away from this company.

Oh dear
Oh dear! I wish I’d read these reviews before using this company.
I received a box of clothes totally over £700! Who has that kind of money to spend!
Anyway, I returned all the items as they simply weren’t for me, but I have been charged £200 for items which they are claiming I have kept, this isn’t the case, so either they have a very poor return services, or someone has stolen them!
The customer service portal seems very slow too and I can’t see a number to call.
I hope I get my refund!

Totally saved muy clothes buying experience
I have been using Outfittery for over a year now and it's been absolutely great. I am a disaster choosing clothes to buy on my own and having someone help me is definitely a big plus. I would completely recommend it for someone who is as lazy buying clothes as I am.

Poor customer service
Outfittery have tried charging me £686.93 for an order I didn’t place.
I returned the full box.
I am now receiving emails asking for the full payment.
I’ve emailed back a number of times without getting a response & rang the contact number a few times & have never got through to speak to anyone.
The customer service is extremely poor.

I was a customer of Stitch Fix and…
I was a customer of Stitch Fix and recieved a ‘surprise’ box from Outfittery (my opt out email had gone to Junk Mail). I sent them all back but a few days later received an email to say I was being charged for a pair of jeans I definitely didn’t keep!
I’m furious. I’ve tried calling, the phone lines were closed due to ‘staff training’. I filled out an online form, have heard nothing. Now I’ve received another email saying I need to pay. Currently on hold for over 10 mins and the phone hasn’t been answered. This is definitely a scam BEWARE!!!

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! Received £800+ of clothes, the total price being made quite opaque. The clothes themselves were pretty good and the style also. HOWEVER, there was a £90 jumper missing from the delivery and just like many of the reviews here I have been charged for it, despite raising a help ticket immediately and also emailing the direct addresses many times. I did receive a note after two weeks to say that there was a big back log of complaints (I BET THERE IS), however after another week they still charged me for the missing item. Don't use Outfittery they can't service what they have and I'm SURE they are purposely fully missing out items to bank the money, how else could it be so common? Either that or someone in their store room is ripping them off. STAY AWAY for now.

Zero service. Period. Catastrophe.
I got a voucher for birthday so I ordered. Got a Mail “something is wrong with your payment details”. Which is weird, as I ordered on account and with the voucher. No reactions on multiple mails, could never reach anyone per phone, until after many tries I did. Was promised instant help. Only 2 more weeks later did I get the package without any comment, e-mail answer or anything…in the beginning of my vacation, so I could not try the clothes on within the 14 days. So I wrote a mail again if they could give me more time until I return. 0 reactions for 10 days now, so I am forced to send it back without ever having tried anything. I sent about 10 mails and tried to call 20 times. Reactions/callbacks from them? 0.
You pay a premium on clothes for the service. But there is no service. Like at all.
Use at your own peril.

I just want to close my account
Like many others I am trying (and so for not succeeding) in closing my account.
There is no way to do this on the app. If you click ‘delete account’ you are transferred to an email form ‘powered by Zendesk’
I have asked them twice now to close my account. Beginning of April 2024 and again beginning of May. I’ve received confirmation replies so the company has received my request. But my account is still active and as I’m unable to deactivate ‘autopilot’ I’m starting to worry that like others I’ll be sent a new box soon without my consent.
Shambles of a company - not providing any way to close your account when u have no balance owing - is a very questionable practice.
Even if some customers are happy using this company - and I see no evidence of this - I would question how profitable this company is likely to be at the end of all this.

Do not use this company Outfittery
Do not use this company. They sent me £800 of clothes I never used.
I sent everything back. They never returned my e-mails regarding why they sent me clothes.
Tried to charge me £309 for clothes I did not keep. I contacted them and they said it was a warehouse mistake and it was sorted. The next day they took £309 pounds out of my credit card.
They have stolen my information and taken my money. No one answering their phone.

AVIOD these scammers.
Gave outfittery a go after they had taken over stitch-fix.
I really wish i hadn't!!
The clothes I received were all extremely over priced for non-branded/ own brand clothing. (£65 for a plain, own branded hoodie.)
I returned everything but I was still charged for a pair of jeans. Reading other reviews it seems like the has happened to other people regularly too.
I've tried phoning and emailing outfittery but the phone puts you on hold and no-one ever answers, and emails go unanswered.
AVOID.

Terrible customer service and poor…
Terrible customer service and poor ethics. Company purchased personal data from Stich Fix.
Order sent with no confirmation or consent from me. I have emailed on 6 occasions to ask them to delete my account and cancel orders as I did not consent to their service and still no action.

Terrible customer service
Somehow I have 2 Outfittery accounts so I received 2 enormous deliveries on the same day (£1000 approx). In one box, the clothes were great, so I kept and paid for £400 and returned the remainder from that box with no problem. In the second package, I didn’t like anything so I returned it at the same time as the other package. Outfittery are demanding payment for this order. I have tried calling, replying to emails and filling out online forms to no avail. I’m getting stressed as I’m being threatened with additional charges and debt collection. I would have liked to continue with the service but I’m having second thoughts.

Charged for an item I never recieved- as others have been
I was automatically registered with this company as the original company I was with closed. They automatically sent me a box, which I sent back and kept nothing, as the clothes were all too expensive. They have bombarded me with emails saying I kept an outfit, and I had to pay for it. Any emails I sent them have been ignored. In the end I paid the bill for clothes I never kept. I'd avoid them and never recommend them.

Terrible clothes and company
Terrible clothes and company. Previously used stitch fix, which was good, but they sold the data to outfittery. The clothes are very poor quality, totally incorrect sizes and not matched at all to your style. Within a couple of days of receiving a box, they sent another one! Even more awful clothes. You try to contact customer services and can't get a response. Each box is approx £500 which everyone seems to be saying on the reviews. Potentially they could take this money from your PayPal account, which others have experienced. My advice is to stop any payment agreement you have, to ensure this doesn't happen. It would not let me cancel boxes or payments on the outfittery website (intentional?), so do this via your bank or PayPal

Beware!!
I was automatically transferred from stitch fix to outfittery. I was willing to give the company a try after receiving boxes from stitch fix. However, my experience with outfittery has been awful and I am beginning to wonder if this company is a scam, especially reading other reviews. I received a box but returned everything as nothing they sent suited me at all. After sending the box back, I received an email saying I owed them £90 for a dress I didn’t keep! I have emailed on numerous occasions to let them know the mistake but have heard nothing back. This was over two weeks ago. I also tried calling but after being on hold for 20mins it just cut off. I have since received an email saying they have attempted to take the money out of my bank but weren’t able to (this is because I since changed banks and luckily subscriptions don’t automatically transfer over). This was not intentional but lucky I had otherwise the money would of been taken! The customer service is absolutely appalling. I have never experienced anything quite like it! And that’s what’s making me wonder if the whole thing is a scam! I’m still waiting to hear back from someone to discuss this but if I don’t soon then I will seek advice from citizens advice and trading standards.

Second Review - Debt for stuff we didn't keep
Second review - this time because Outfittery (after cancelling my account at my request) are now threatening to send my account to debt collection due to an amount of items kept - I kept nothing and simply returned the box as asked.
I emailed the support inbox 14 days ago and have provided proof of postage (with the weight of the box when we returned it) requesting that it is checked against the initial weight when it was shipped out to me.
I have now emailed three times and have heard nothing back whatsoever, and their phone line may as well be disconnected.
How they can even trade in the UK I don't know.
Edit: I have now received an email confirming next steps. If/when the credit note is applied and the debt resolved, I will update this post to reflect the resolution of the problem.

Do not use
I was sent not one, but two, boxes having been a stitch fix customer. I returned them (using their own labels and following their own process). I have had no confirmation of receipt of those returns and am receiving demands for payment I do not owe having returned the boxes. They have not replied to any of my communication asking them why they are chasing me for money I do not owe in light of having returned the boxes to outfittery. It feels like a scam.

Do not use - very slow customer service and charged for items I returned
I was a stitch fix customer referred to Outfittery. Firstly I got many notifications about a box which was expected at the end of February. It had not arrived by the end of the first week of March (and I did not receive a shipping notification) so I emailed them to ask them for the order to be delayed as I was going to be away for 2 weeks. I did not receive a response, and 5 days after my email I got a shipping notification.
The box arrived just after I left for my trip, and thankfully my neighbour took it in. I emailed them to let them know I would take longer for checkout, no response. Then when I tried to process the return neither the QR code nor the website would work, so I emailed again, no response. Eventually I got the website to work, completed my return and posted all of the items back on 6th April. I then finally received a response on April 9th, which confirmed my order was on the way back.
Looking at royal mail tracked, the return was delivered on 10th April. Now today (15th April) they have charged my card £596! I have emailed every contact address I can find but no doubt it will take them another month to get back to me as before. Strongly advise not using this company. The clothes were also very expensive and didn't seem good quality.
