Appallingly bad company. Signed up to stitch fix and stayed on when it transitioned to outfittery as I had such good experiences previously. However since the change not one box has been anywhere near as good. Frequently send the wrong sizes, colours that I have marked down to avoid, not remotely my style of clothing.
Returned a box in February that I was emailed in the middle of April about telling me it had been lost and I owed them hundreds of pounds and if I didn't pay then their legal team would be in touch by the end of the day. It then took five days for them to respond to my reply. Tracking number shows it having been delivered successfully, yet somehow I am still on the hook for it?

I was drawn in to give Outfittery a try for a wedding I was attending, so their promise to style you looked tempting.
When my box finally arrived, the contents were pretty good, but at nearly £1,000 a lot more than I intended to spend. I kept 3 items, returning the rest, including a pair of £150 trousers with a button missing, which I wanted to replace.
Returns looked easy, but what they don’t tell you is all your orders and returns come / go from Germany, meaning my replacement trousers (out of stock so alternatives sent) arrived a week after the wedding anyway. I had to write to customer service to tell them not to bill me for my returns as they will charge you, 7 days after you receive your box, but their returns take way longer go arrive in Germany.
I returned the hideous replacement trousers, which are still out there somewhere, but my card has still been billed, and your tracking through Royal Mail only gets you as far as the uk warehouse.
My gripes. They will send you items way over what you give as a budget, returns take way too long, and don’t expect fast delivery for your boxes. Give it 2 weeks from when you order. Oh, and use a credit card unless you want your bank to get emptied whilst waiting for a return to be processed!

Just want to rip you off.
Had a few boxes from them and was impressed with the clothes (first box was amazing, second less impressive but still). They always send really expensive clothes too - way above what I said my budget was. Still, all was fine until my last box. I returned it, received proof of posting and then they billed me £469 for the entire box plunging me into my overdraft so I incurred even more fees. My bank are involved and so are PayPal (who in fairness have been ace). But I’m so disappointed in Outfittery. Trying to look at it from their perspective maybe they didn’t receive the box. Fine. Then how about a few emails to warn me that they haven’t, or that they’re about to take a HUGE amount of money from me? They also haven’t yet even bothered to respond to me, despite me alerting them to the issue and sending my proof of postage to them. It’s for that reason I implore anyone to avoid them. I am also signed up to Lookiero who at least do the courtesy of reminding you how long you have left to return your box and send a series of emails to keep you up to speed. Outfittery are only in it to rip you off from my own experience.

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I received my order but was not happy with the options as they didn’t quite fit. I completed the online form to say I didn’t want the products then returned them. A week after returning the box they have charged me for the full contents with no notice or explanation. I have the tracking details and photo that they received the box a week ago. Have contacted them and waiting for a response

Minimal customer service
After reading the other reviews it seems I’m not the only one having issues…
I decided to give outfittery a go as I used to use stitch fix and received a few items I wear constantly, however when I received my box it included items well over my budget or items that aren’t my style.
I returned all the items, I was a bit worried if the return had gone through as I had no confirmation however a few days later had an email to say they had received it - except for one dress that I definitely did not keep (and don’t even remember to be honest).
I contacted them about this on the 30th April and had no response yet.

I want to return all items as they are well over the budget I anticipated. However, I have parcelled up the box and put the label on. I tried sending back via InLocker and it wasn't a valid barcode. I'm stuck with how to return and do not want any monies taken from my account.

Updated / an agent has replied that my bill will be cancelled and they will investigate with Royal Mail. I appreciate the response, although it is a shame their response times are so slow. I’m glad I posted here as it has precipitated a reply. Thank you
Wish I’d read these reviews before I used them. I used to use stitch fix who went into administration and were bought out by Outfittery. Figured I’d give them a whirl as I never had a bad experience with stitch fix. Firstly the box they sent was literally four times more expensive than anything I had from stitch fix, an absolutely ludicrously expensive box which had nothing I liked so I sent it back. No harm done I thought, tried it, didn’t like it, move on. They are now in dispute with me over my “unpaid bill” and trying to claim the full amount from me. I have proof of postage using their returns service which includes the weight of the box. No response to two emails I’ve sent but they are managing to send me emails demanding payment. It’s a big sum of money and pretty stressful when I returned the items in good faith. Having read online though it seems this is a very common practice. Really shady and untrustworthy with zero customer service as of yet. I’ll update here if they resolve honestly but so far I’ve little confidence. Avoid.

AWFUL - zero customer service, zero support, zero care
Awful! I was previously signed up to Stitch Fix, who were excellent, but I opted out of this when they sent the email as I was due to be out the country.
The opt out appears not to have worked. I was away for work for two months and came back to a box that my mother had accepted while house sitting. I then received an invoice, so sent them to emails asking about returning the items but received no response, only a message saying they were unusually busy - no surprise if their opt out didn't actually work!
I took them back to the post office and shipped them back. I've since received a threat to take the matter to a debt collection agency, This had a phone number listed, so I called and stayed on hold for a long time until they just cut me off! How are you supposed to communicate with these people? In court I suppose.
I was happy to consider using them now I'm back, because their clothes were actually okay they just didn't fit me, but now their total lack of response and threat of escalation has changed my mind. Such a shame, because this would never have happened with Stitch Fix.

Do not use!
I received a box and have contacted them several times trying to get this returned as there is no return slip in the box, and the app is still showing that the box is out for delivery. Today I received an e-mail stating that £899.81 was being taking from my PayPal account for the box. I would love to return the box but Outfittery don't get back to you. I have tried calling the number as well, but I just get the same message repeated every 10-seconds telling me that "my call will be transferred shortly, your request is important to us, please hold the line". Eventually, the message changed that all the staff are busy and the call hung up, so once again I am left with no way of contacting Outfittery.
I am happy to return the box, the items provided were expensive, and not in line with what I requested at all, and mostly ill-fitting. So I have no desire to keep the box anyway, I would love to return it.

Deeply disappointed- my order took…
Deeply disappointed- my order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive . It’s not updated at all which makes it hard to return the items . I’ve sent the items back but the app is so behind that it’s still saying my items are being picked, so I am unable to complete the return process properly which has gave me no other option than return all items.
Trying to call their customer service line_ what customer service? There’s an answering machine and then it cuts you off . I’ve sent numerous emails regarding this. I do not recommend these at all .

Missing Item - No Customer Service
I have always appreciated the convenience and reliability of their services. However, my recent encounter has left me thoroughly disappointed and questioning the quality of their customer service.
Upon receiving my Box, I discovered that an item was missing from my order. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team immediately, expecting prompt assistance and a resolution to my issue.
Regrettably, my attempts to address this matter have been met with frustration and dissatisfaction. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, I have received no meaningful response or indication that my concern is being addressed.
This lack of responsiveness and accountability is not characteristic of the Outfittery service I have come to know and trust. It is deeply disappointing to witness such a decline in their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality assurance. Now I fear that they will charge me with the costs of the item. The funny thing is that the missing item is a Jacket and THEY SENT ME A SMALL BOX THAT ISN'T BIG ENOUGH TO CONTAIN THE JACKED.
I urge Outfittery to take swift action in investigating and rectifying this oversight.
My recent experience with Outfittery has been profoundly disappointing, and I can not recommend their services as it is.

Zero Customer Service
I have used outfittery for almost a year now. I have had a few successful boxes - the prices are a little high and the billing is a little confusing, but I do like the idea of personal shopping. However the last box has been a complete disaster.
I received my notice my box is ready on January 10th, normally it will be shipped the next day or so. This box was not shipped until January 31st. I have no idea why - if there were articles missing and they were waiting for supply. Because when I received my box on Feb. 5th - the pair of shoes were missing from the box. Honestly, the box was too small to even include a box of shoes with all the other articles. I noticed right away, took photos and tried to reach out to outfittery to notify them by online form, email and calls. Zero attempts of contact have been made since Feb 5th. I returned the box on Feb 8th with a note inside, basically untouched, because I did not want to be charged for the missing items (even though there were articles I was interested in). Sure enough, I am now being charged for the missing shoes. I finally started getting calls from outfittery (2x), the first time the call came up as Suspected Spam on my phone so I ignored it, the second time today was just general missed call. I have since tried to call back both their listed number on their website and the Suspected Spam number. I have written an email to their CEO along with both swiss and german service emails. I am at a loss. This is such a poorly run business. I should be able to contact someone. And there should be an easy way to confirm if the shoes were included in my box or not (photo of packed box before shipment?)

Impossible to get in contact with
Impossible to get in contact with.
I have had an order delivered that I would like to return however the app just does not work. I have scanned the qr code and it does not recognise any orders so I can’t select what I want to send back. There is over £1000 worth of clothes in this order which in itself is excessive but not knowing if I will be charged if I simply return them without having selected anything on the app is worrying.
I have tried MULTIPLE times to call the contact number which is never answered.
I have emailed sending photos of the problems with the app but no response.
I have messaged via Facebook which someone did reply asking how they could help but never replied again once I outlined my issue.
I didn’t want to write a bad review but this is the only platform I can see that anyone has actually had any contact through.
I need to know why the app is not showing any orders and so how best I can return the items without this return becoming lost in the system and me being charged.
There is of course a time limit to return items before I am charged for the whole order so this needs resolving ASAP.

Do not use!
First time using the service and have been charged over CHF 1700 even though I returned the box 3 days after receiving them and provided shipping receipts and delivery confirmation from Die Post.
Having used StitchFix in the past I was looking forward to using the service, but not if this is my first experience with them. They have not even tried to contact me or attempt to resolve the issue... the only sent an invoice. Thankfully I did not set up a credit card like others.
