Good product, lousy warranty/service

I have been trying 2 1/2 months to get this company to honor its warranty. Emails take days or weeks to be answered, if they are answered at all. I even offered to purchase the part if they would point me to the manufacturer so I could match the part.

As of Feb. 15, they finally sent a notification that the part was "ordered" but it still has not shipped (they have the part in house).

Follow up emails requesting am update remain unanswered.

Great ukulele when it works. If you have a problem, refusal to honor the warranty makes your ukulele a paperweight.
