Awful awful. Our RV ground to a halt because the owner hadn’t changed the brake oil. Ended up stranded on the side of the motorway. Both owner and Outdoorsy’s roadside service were useless, said they’d only possibly be able to come the next day. Got a private tow to a nearby campsite, where we ended up abandon the RV the next day as both outdoorsy and owner seemed clueless about what to do. Subsequently followed Outdoorsy’s ‘binding’ arbitration service to try and get a refund. Didn’t even get the replacement hire car refunded let alone the rest of the hire period that the RV wasn’t driveable. Then finally had my deposit deducted almost £300 for replacement keys, even though I’d told outdoorsy they were left them with the campsite alongside the abandoned RV. Anyone would be crazy to risk your money with these guys. Steer well clear would be my advice…
