I ordered a few items and I forgot I needed some extra accessory's to go with what I had ordered, so I placed another order on there website and was charged the postage again because it was a separate order
because of these sperate parcels with express post that I had already paid on there website, jess from outdoors warehouse. Took the time too ring me to let me know she had bundle my to orders together and refunded me the express post i had paid twice. I didn't ask her to do that. She took the incitive.

The knife I chose from OW was fantastic.
I paid the extra for express delivery & it arrived really quick.
The price was great.

My only complaint is that I purchased this as a gift & it arrived in a box that was a different brand to the knife so I could give the gift in a box which made it cheap looking & not as special. A bit disappointing. Should have arrived in it's own box.
