I thought i did the purchased but was not successfully but they say they gonna reverse the money to the account that's deposited the money

SCAM: I wouldn't trust any of the positive reviews for this company on Trustpilot. In response to a request to cancel a subscription I didn't ask for, I received an email, promising support on condition I left a 4 or 5 star review. From reading other reviews here, the email is the same, just the name of the fake support person changes so they can connect the review to the victim. Not sure how they manage it, but I'm unable to block payments to them, so may end up having to move banks. I've already cancelled the bank card as a result. Don't be a victim. Avoid this company.

I subscribed to "OUTDOOROAKS" without really knowing what it was about. It became evident that the subscription was not of great use to me. Hence, I requested cancellation. The response from the support team was swift. And then the matter was escalated to the Escalation Team, where IMANI responded and offered an exceptional solution to the cancellation. This was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Anyone who deals with "OUTDOOROAKS" should be assured of professional support when needed.

Enquiries are attended in an efficient manner, with perseverance as well. Good communication from the team, rather than using robot or auto reply to attend those Enquiries.

All i can say they are Good

Your escalation named Paula lied to me. She told me that she gave me an exception that I will get refunded to the membership that I didn't know I subscribed and didn't use but nothing happened. Is this really your what so called good experience and good customer service? ALL OF YOU GUYS WORKING ON THAT COMPANY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! I hope you guys can sleep at night knowing you scammed lots of people from different country! Consider my money as your burial.

I ended up with a Shop card i never asked for. I completed a form to get a smart TV and suddenly I recieved a card
Forunately I was assisted very quickly in the chat by Samuel,very kindly and concerned for my confusión and solved the problem, took my request to close the account and refund the ammount.
