Comfortable goggle

I purchased the ULTRA Snow Goggle for myself 2 years ago and the same goggle for my wife 1 year. The magnetic feature works really good. Strong to stick on google and easy to take off. So far, our experience is good!

Good customer support

Bought a SUP pump which was delivered fast and is of good quality. Had a defect on the nozzle adapter and the communication with the support was helpful and easy.

Excellent pump

Excellent pump. Very quite and quick. Used it a lot. We use it connected to lithium golf trolley battery which we can then blow up paddle board nearer the water. Just gathered a few connections to get it connected. Saves being close to car .

Mistakes were made and made up for.

Mistakes were made, but accountability was maintained and the situation was made right. I ordered googles and a helmet for a skiing event and paid for the expedited shipping. Neither items arrived on time and the helmet was severely delayed. Outdoor Master refunded my shipping cost without question and stayed with me throughout the process of the helmet being stuck in transit. There were never excuses or punting of responsibility. The products are quality and the service did the best they could provided the struggles.

Don’t hurt my earsI

I tried other earbuds in my ski helmet and they just hurt my ears. These do not! And they sound quite good. Easy to operate even when they are in your ear flaps. Big clicky button.

Great price for my shark pump and excellent service

Bought a pump for my paddleboard in August. Quick delivery and excellent performance from my pump. When I had an issue with a part, Iris from customer service responded promptly and arranged a quick replacement. Excellent service, I also got a great price compared to the same product elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Brilliant Goggles with some stock issues

Ordered some Falcon Goggles, they were fantastic. Worked really well with my Smith Helmet. Only downside is not being able to order additional Zeiss lenses at the moment. Would give 5 stars if more stock available.

headphones are OK

headphones are OK, they don’t pick up on my voice command commands as much through my helmet as my old one did

Customer Service and Delivery are terrible

I ordered two replacement goggle lenses on February 12th, 2025 for an upcoming ski trip where I leave March 1st thinking that would be plenty of time to receive them. I heard nothing relating to my order and couldn't track it on the website so I reached out on Feb 24th. The next day I was told that the package had been delivered to a front door in city an hour away from where I live. First of all, it takes over a day every time to get a response from the customer service. Secondly, when I informed them that it was delivered the to wrong city entirely, the customer service emailed and basically told me to look harder for it, and to check my neighbors house or my lawn. I live in an apartment with no lawn or porch and only one mail room and again the package says its not even in the same city. I again told them that I don't live in the city it was delivered to and just this morning I was told they will have to open an investigation with the carrier. At this point I would be happy just to get a refund but it seems like customer service is doing everything to NOT take responsibility. It has been a very frustrating experience and don't plan to ever use Outdoor Master again and will be dissuading anyone I know from using it either.
