I purchased the pro goggles/Kelvin helmet bundle one size too big. I reached out to the returns department regarding an exchange for the proper size and let me tell you…The representative (Effy) was very helpful through out the entire transaction and kept me updated with every movements. I love my new gear, I wore it around the house for hours just to test out the comfort level and it exceeded my expectations. Very light materials and up to date with the fashion. Can’t wait to rock these awesome new gear this winter at steamboat!!

I’ve been using the Outdoor Master Shark II SUP pump and it’s genuinely brilliant - fast, reliable, and makes board inflation effortless. What really sets the company apart, though, is how they stand by their 2-year guarantee. I had a minor issue and their customer service team was prompt, professional, and couldn’t have done more to help. It’s rare to find a company that backs their products so confidently and treats customers with such care.
Highly recommend both the pump and Outdoor Master as a brand.

I definitely will order from OutdoorMaster again! I ordered the RHINO MIPS Full Face Bike Helmet. At first, the color didn't match what I was looking for... I reached out to customer service and they were really helpful! They exchanged the helmet for the color I was looking for and resolved the issue right away. The helmet looks awesome!

The Shark III pump is great; it inflates our water mats and paddle board in a very short time. It's easy to use and compact to take on our boating excursions.

I ordered a helmet on July 27. After receiving no notification from them I inquired on Aug 1 and was told by customer service rep 'Iris' that my helmet was shipped but their shipping tracking system didn't update it.
On the evening of August 4 I emailed that I still had not receive any shipping notification and requested that my order be cancelled as I needed the helmet by Friday August 8 for an event and I was going to buy a helmet locally. I needed the helmet 13 days after ordering.
Their website FAQ states: "Can I cancel my order? As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via care@outdoormaster..".
On the evening of August 6 I got an email reply that my order had been shipped and the tracking number, which showed the order was picked up by a shipping partner on Aug 5 at 11:34 AM. The order arrived 5 days after the 5th. Their shipping time is estimated at 4-6 days. To me, this is additional proof that it was shipped on the 5th. If it was 'really' shipped on the 1st, it would have taken 10 days.
They didn't fulfill my order for 9 days. They lied that it was shipped on August 1. They didn't honor my request to cancel. They offered me $14 refund for a $59 helmet. I had to pay return shipping. But the most disrespectful was the customer service rep who was dishonest and condescending. I attempt to resolve this with over 8 different communications, asked for a different rep to work with, asked for anyone else.
If you need your order fulfilled timely, if your sure the product is what you want and are willing to accept whatever, whenever they get around to it, don't mind dishonest customer service rep's, this may work for you.
And Outdoor Masters- please don't respond to this review with some 'give us the order number and we will ......' it shouldn't have to come to this.

I accidentally ordered the pump without the battery, but I quickly corrected the mistake and Outdoor Master changed the order very promptly. The surprise was that it was delivered much earlier than estimated. The product is very good and easy to use. I recommend it.

I purchased the Rhino FF helmet for my son and the GEM for myself. They are good quality for the price. What I am more impressed with is customer service. They are respinding, understanding and resolve issues fast.

I purchased the Shark 3 Pump for my SUPs. It worked great to inflate the board to the perfect pressure. However, the pump stopped working because it won’t charge. I contacted Customer Support and after a view emails confirming the unit was not working properly, a replacement Was shipped out and arrived a couple days later. The new unit works perfectly. Thanks for the great product and excellent service. Thanks!!!

After considerable research, I purchased the Shark II Electric SUP Pump, which was easy to setup, use and also inflates multiple boards fairly quickly. There are also several different attachments hooked onto the hose which is provides additional ease and flexibility. After a few years the hose attachment became slightly loose but the pump is still able to inflate my SUP to the required PSI when tightened properly.

I had a problem with the battery on my one-year-old Whale SUP pump, and wrote about the issue. Every time I sent an email, I had a response within the day, and in the end the company sent me a replacement pump. This was great customer service!

They replied fast, they gave great tipps how to manage the issue.
The mails were always very friendly
They took time to solve the problem and I felt taken serious as a customer.
Would recommend the company also because the purchased product is good

Bought the shark 3 battery powered pump - cannot be beaten for time it takes to pump up a SUP, less than half the time of my old cigarette lighter connected pump. I initially had a problem with very slow charging due to the USB-c socket not quite fitting the charging cable, Outdoor Master despatched a new pump to me with no hassle, so excellent post sales service as well.

I went to the brick-and-mortar store in Whistler Village. I thought it was weird that it was empty when the village was decently busy but chalked that up to the slightly-off-the-beaten-path location. After walking around, I felt like I was the last to realize the reason it was empty was because it isn't an actual gear store, but rather a location for unpacking cheap imported gear (and to store a lot of those boxes on the sales floor, unpacked). They have gear for many sports in their store but I didn't get the feeling that they actually had experience in any of those sports, and all the gear within my scope of expertise (mountain biking) was cheap imitations of real gear... they clearly figured out how to make stuff that sorta looks the part, but I wouldn't trust their gear one bit. My sport is too dangerous to trust sketchy knockoffs. It felt like shopping on Amazon in person: when you see the cheap junk in person, you really wonder who thought it was a good idea to go brick-and-mortar as people will see just how terrible this stuff is, and have the opportunity to not buy it, unlike online where you're sorta roped in after getting something shipped to you.
Additionally, unlike the friendliness and visible authenticity in EVERY other shop, I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in, even though I was the only person in the store (the employee couldn't pry his eyes from his phone). I also was skeptical of the employee's experience in outdoor sports given his appearance... sometimes it's hard to tell how you can tell, but I didn't even want to ask this person for help/advice.
As I walked out I found myself wondering "who actually buys stuff there?" only to find out after some research that they're really cheap. This sort of store shouldn't exist. People are going to get hurt trusting their gear to work. I'm not surprised to see the host of 1 star reviews of this store, and wonder just how many of the 5 star reviews were effectively paid for.

I ordered two ski/snowboard helmets from OutdoorMaster—one for myself and one for my wife, who is a professional ski instructor. They arrived jammed into a flimsy single-wall cardboard box, each in its own product box, but with no padding or protection between or around them.
Helmets are not like other gear. They must be replaced if subjected to any impact or compression, even if there’s no visible damage—this is a well-known safety standard (ASTM, Snell, CE). The way these were shipped absolutely compromises their integrity.
I contacted the company with photos and explained this, but they refused to cover the return shipping, claiming it wasn't a “quality issue.” They offered a small partial refund instead. I’m appalled they would cut corners on the shipment of safety gear and then refuse to take responsibility.
We won’t risk using these helmets and won’t be buying from OutdoorMaster again. Safety should never be negotiable—especially not for professionals in the field.

Slow service and unhelpful phone personnel. I ordered a Shark Electric pump that was supposed to ship on June 28. It's now July 15th, and they are still processing my order. I called, and they said it had shipped.
OM needs to improve customer care, specifically, pick up the phone, don't rely solely on Shop emails, which end up in as hard to find Spam messages, improve care training, and escalate if no response is received from a message.

It took a very long time and lots of conversation to get what I was needing.
