​I am absolutely blown away by Outdoorline! If you are looking for ultralight hiking gear, this is exactly where you need to go. They offer a fantastic selection of high-quality UL equipment, and the prices are completely fair.
​But the absolute best part about this shop is their customer support. It is simply unmatched incredibly helpful, fast, and genuinely caring. You really feel valued as a customer. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5/5 stars!

Very efficient service and good prices. I even got a small gift with my order shortly before Christmas. Only downside is that they offer not the whole range of US cottage outdoor brands in the EU.

I ordered a backback from Outdoorline and after the backpack arrived recogniozed, that I ordered the wrong belt size. I wrote them Wednesday at 9pm, got a first feedback on Thursday 7am (thanks Peter) and at Thursday 9am the correctly sized belt was on its way to arrive on Friday. Great service, great and quick support, saved my trip (I was leaving on friday). Would by there anytime again!

They got high quality and hard to get gear to Europe and ship it throughout the whole EU for a extremely cheap price. They are competitive on pricing of products as well and they ship quickly. We got our Durston tents within 4 working days in the Netherlands. And they also included ultra light carabiners as a gift! Highly recommended. Thanks Pavel for packing our tow new Durston tents. Will shop again.

Great and trustworthy company! I was looking for a tent (Gosammer the Two) which is only available in the U.S. Outdoorline seem to be the only European company who can deliver in Europa. If I would have ordered it from the States I would have payed much more on taxes and import duties. The communication was fast and clear. whitin a week I received the Tent. In the future I will definitely order again!

I don't normally write reviews, but after this entirely positive experience, I'd like to do so. I was looking for a Warbonnet Blackbird XLC hammock but didn't necessarily want to import it from the states. Besides one other store in Europe (that has a way smaller variety of options) this was the only website where I was able to find it. The pricing is very reasonable, and I guess I would have ended up paying more money because of customs and taxes if I would have ordered it with Warbonnet directly.
When setting up the bank transfer I at first thought that I made a mistake when it comes to the reference. So, I used the possibility to get in contact with outdoorline via the given WhatsApp number. I wrote the massage late at night and Peter answered me before I was even awake the next day! Customer service here is really one of a kind and communication was very pleasant!
I placed my order on Tuesday night and went for the express shipping option. Parcel was dispatched directly on Wednesday and arrived Thursday at noon already (even though DHL themselves predicted that the parcel would arrive Friday). The goods were packed very thoughtful with some extra piece of cardboard where poking too deep could have damaged the product.
I'm amazed by how smooth everything went and I'm more than happy with my new hammock and underquilt that both arrived in perfect condition.
In my opinion this shop might be the best one for ultra-light outdoor equipment and I will for sure come back one day!
