Best prices, great stock!

Delighted to find this company stocked a particular item in my size, to replace one I recently lost. Other retailers’ prices were higher and my size was unavailable elsewhere. Ordering online was slick and the item was posted very quickly, with email updates until delivery. Great sellers, who provide (increasingly rare)excellent customer service. Thank you!

Good prices and excellent service

I do lots of research when I'm looking to purchase outdoor clothing. I have bought from Outdoor Clothing a few times now and find thier prices are very competitive and delivery timescales are excellent. I would highly recommend them.

An Outstanding Business!

First of all - Outdoor Clothing do not pester customers for Trust Pilot reviews, which I feel is an imposition, leading to inflated ratings.

Secondly, I bough a pair of walking boots for my wife at a very generous, genuine discount. They were too small. The return process was easy. The refund it my account very quickly. I ordered a larger pair; the company notified me that they had experienced an IT problem, which would delay delivery a day or two and as a result, they refunded my postage.

An excellent example of how a business should be run. Great value; Great communication; Great customer service & integrity.
